Not well at all. Specific instructions were not followed. And the job was done so poorly, they had to send another person back out to do it again. Manager tried her best to rectify the situation and was both responsive and apologetic. Owner, however, was unwilling to apologize, let alone own up to the horrid job that was done, even after I provided several photos as examples, and cared only about getting paid, and getting paid immediately. No goodwill extended from the owner whatsoever, only arrogance and refusal to apologize for the condition my kitchen and bathroom were left in. Would not recommend this service to anyone.

I have a four bedroom house. They wanted to come every 3-4 weeks to clean the whole house, but I only use a few rooms of the house. I wanted them to come every 4-5 weeks, but they were not interested in this arrangement.

I had just finished major renovations to my kitchen and two bathrooms and had asked Clean Time to do a deep cleaning to remove all the construction dust. Erika responded immediately and was able to schedule the cleaning within two days of my request. Ilona and Aldona arrived at 8:00 a.m. and started cleaning the master bedroom and bath. They dusted all the furniture throughout the house including tops of armoires, tops of bookcases, plantation shutters, blinds, and all the miscellaneous items I have scattered around my home. They cleaned baseboards where reachable, wet mopped all the tile floors, washed my glass top tables, thoroughly cleaned my kitchen, removed cob webs, and even cleaned and vacuumed my furnace closet which was a disaster. (I don’t think it had been touched for at least 10 years.) They worked constantly for four hours to clean my two bedroom, two bath home. They were fantastic! When they were finished everything sparkled! It is such a pleasure to once again have a truly clean home. I am very appreciative of Erika’s, Ilona’s, and Aldona’s work ethic. They were prompt, courteous, accommodating, professional and very efficient. Thank you very much Clean Time for all your hard work.

It was fine and good. It looked very good. Two people come to do the work. They come to my house and there's nothing special.

They arrived o time and got right to it. They did the Sring Cleaning job I just did not have time to do. They cleaned all of the floors, windows, doors, inside windows, bathrooms, etc. Couldn't have been more pleased. They worked hard for those 10 hours and I was here for most of it. Never saw them slow down. Would definitely recommend them...in fact i already have!!!!

The cleaning service was went very well overall. She cleaned around furniture on the first floor and made the first floor sparkle! Since it was only a 4 hour service, she was not able to clean the upstairs as much as she did the first floor, but did a great job on the bathroom and was able to clean up the floors in the bedrooms.

Clean Time was fantastic. I have hired them as a regular service.

We bought the $99 deal on Angie's List and we liked the initial cleaning so we've decided to have the company come on a monthly basis. The owner came over personally to give the estimate and we've been satisfied since.

Very well will use them again

My mom isn't accustomed to other people cleaning her home, so she was a bit uncomfortable. She had no complaints about the service, though.

I wasn't home so I don't have any details. My son let the woman in, she did her work, and she left.

For my birthday, my husband agreed that we should have someone out to give our house a good cleaning. We are parents of two small children under the age of three, and we both work full time. We never find the time to get the house clean. I purchased an Angie's List deal for 10 hours of deep cleaning and was contacted within a week of purchase to schedule the cleaning. A team of two women showed up to my house promptly at 8 a.m. on the date of service and quickly got to work. Our house obviously needed some work, so I did have to purchase an additional hour of deep cleaning. I was contacted by Erika in the office to authorize the extra time. When I arrived home upon being notified that the ladies were finished, I couldn't believe my eyes. Our house sparkled! There were stains inherited from the previous owners of our home that I had tried for years to get out of our shower with every cleaning solution known to man. The shower looks brand new. We were thrilled!

They did a great job cleaning our house I would recommend to all.

Both women worked very hard the whole time and came to us with questions when they weren't sure about anything. They also allowed us time to inspect their work. My only complaint is that I was hoping for a deeper clean of the vents, but other than that our house looked fantastic after they were done.

The person who cleaned our house was prompt, friendly and knowledgeable. She did an excellent job and met or exceeded all of our expectations. Very happy with the results and will absolutely use this service again!

I was very impressed by the quality of work provided by Clean Time. The 2 girls were very thorough and needed little direction on what to do. The deep house cleaning was well worth the money and I recommend highly. Very professional cleaning.

Amazing. They booked the appointment for the very next day. They were here for 4 hours and the house sparkles! Bathrooms are awesome, carpets are vacuumed ever my stairs, kitchen is awesome. I'm 100% satisfied.

Clean Time is very professional, punctual and does a quality job. They are good at communicating with me both by email and phone. I am impressed!

I have housecleaners come in every two weeks so I had purchased this to take care of the items that the housecleaners normally don't always do - i.e. wipe down the walls, wipe down the fan blades, wipe the doorknobs and moldings, flip mattresses, etc. I was looking to use this for a spring cleaning for these items. At the time, I was also considering making a change and using them as my ongoing house cleaners. I was at work, but my husband provided them with a list of items I wanted them to focus on. I had also provided the ideas of what I wanted them to do when I originally scheduled it. Instead of using the list I provided, they took 8 hours to do a light cleaning of areas (i.e. bathrooms, etc) that are already cleaned on a regular basis. And, they took far longer than expected to do what they did. Very few items on my list got accomplished. At the end of the day, it was a really expensive normal house cleaning.

It went really well. The cleaner was a few minutes delayed, but our building's entrance can be hard to find, so it's totally understandable. She did a great job of cleaning our apartment, and even got stains out of the sink that were there when we moved in.

They were amazing, the house looks great! The owner, Marta stopped by and introduced herself. She was very nice and told me about herself and her business. The lady in the office, Ericka was very friendly and helpful too. I have now started set up for bi-weekly cleaning! Would definitely recommend!

Great service! The team showed up within the time range promised and did a great job with the house's deep clean. Windows, baseboards, floors, carpeting, and appliances were all cleaned. They were friendly and thorough - what more could you ask for? Great service and highly recommended.

It went OK. I'm not floored, but I'm not super disappointed either. I e-mailed the company about the deal I saw on Angie's List and Ericka made it extremely easy to book. I loved that. We did everything over e-mail and she e-mailed me the contract and we scheduled the cleaning. For that ease alone, I'll use this company again. I hate having someone come out, look over my house, give me an estimate and so on...takes too long. The cleaner's name was Claudia and she was very pleasant. She was 15 minutes late however, but I understand that can happen. I gave her a quick tour of the house because the clock was ticking. I told her what the most important things were, what rooms could be overlooked, and what else I would like done. I left the house to give her space. I came back later on and she told me she was done (45 minutes before the 4 hours was up). I was surprised, but I figured ok...if she's done, I'm not going to make her stay. I was a little disappointed in her thoroughness. She skipped the foyer completely and didn't wash the bathroom floors. However, the kitchen looked great and my shower looked great too. So overall, for $99 I'd say it's a good value. Would I like a little more care taken next time and to get the full 4 hours I paid for? Yes. I spoke with Ericka and gave her this feedback. Again, she was very pleasant and easy to deal with and so I will hire them again.
