Great. I accidentally put a hot oven rack on the top stair of our basement stairs and burned it. I called Mike and he was able to come within two days. You can't even tell that the carpet on that stair was replaced. He was fast, nice, and professional.

Mike was awesome. We had a little water in the basement and some padding was damaged and needed to be replaced. This was an urgent request and Mike bent over backwards to get this special padding and install it - all same day. My only regret is that I didn't use Mike for the entire restoration!

The provider pulled up the carpet, put down new pad, recut the carpet for a perfect fit, reglued he seams, and patched the whole. The end result was that the carpet was good as new. The only complaint I have is that $245 is a lot of money for 1 hour of work on a cheap quality carpet.

Although, there was no service contract made, I appreciate greatly Mr. McNett's frank appraisal and consultation. I would recommend him highly for his integrity, promptness and professionalism.

Great. He showed up on time, repaired carpet. Took the time to provide recommendations for other carpet concerns. Paid min rate so he asked if anything else needed work since there was extra time in mimimum rate.

He is very nice and friendly and did a very good job. He was responsive and came the next day after I called. He did the work himself. He finished the project in less time than he anticipated and charged us less than the estimate he gave. Other places I contacted were not interested in such a small job, but Mike did a wonderful job.

Mike was exceptional through the whole process. He educated me on what was wrong, what needed to be done to prepare the area, and what to expect. His repair was perfect, and much cheaper than I would have expected. This is a wonderful business owner to do business with!

Hire this company for honest, high-quality work on your carpets! We found this company on Angie's List and consider ourselves fortunate to have found such a competent repair service for our carpet work (re-stretch and squeak repair). We were beyond pleased with Mike McNett. He is the company owner. He called within an hour of placing the request for work through Angie's List, despite it being a Sat. Mike was out to the house on Mon. to provide a detailed estimate. And he performed the large job in a single long day later in the week. In and out, with no fuss or surprises. And the work-- perfect! Mike seems to be able to manage an array of situations-- and admittedly says that his (successful) 20+ years in the carpet industry began with his Uncle's training-- and his knowledge of accurate, honest repair work, "done the right way", he credits to his father. Mike was particularly helpful in explaining things he was doing when asked. And he worked independently with obvious knowledge of heavy furniture moving. He was comfortable working with our curious house cat peeking in on him. He arrived in a company-labeled uniform. Mike's tool boxes were obviously well-organized, and all tools clean. This company is the ideal choice for home (or business) owners that lead busy lives, and want work on their carpets done correctly. Our only regret is that Mike's work is so good that we likely won't have a chance to ask him back for more work, since his repairs will certainly last for many, many years.

I spent about $150 on the job. They showed up on time and the job looks great. I will use them again in the future.

They were very professional. They were very quick and were very helpful in terms of the guidance they provided form the start. They were really great. I couldn't say enough good things about them. I did not compare prices, but I would most definitely use them in the future.

They said 100 percent Mohawk nylon and not to get Berber carpeting. They answered the phone and answered my questions.

Outstanding work from start to finish. Extremely friendly and professional crew worked very fast, and the principal was very knowledgeable and responsive. They were fast, and they got the job done at a reasonable cost. I would definitely call them again if I ever (knock on wood) have a water disaster again. Mike is a wonder at carpet repair and is lots of fun and very interesting. He came to provide an estimate in Nov but water damage and repair forced us to put off Mike until this month. He didn't mind and stuck to his estimate even though so many months had passed and there were some significant changes to the job because of the water damage. Since he no longer cleans carpet, he arranged to have another company come and do the cleaning after the repairs were complete. He kept in touch with Nu-Way all afternoon and had Jason in there working even as he finished. It was very professionally handled.

The job went very well. They worked around our time constraints, made sure we ordered the pad in time to assure it would be ready, finished the job in a few hours and coordinated with the cleaning company so it was all finished in a day. The carpet looks like new and the curved edge looks great. It actually looks better than before we had the water damage.

Mike called back in a timely manner and arrived on time for our appointment. Was polite and professional. Gave us solid advice that we did a good job and gave us suggestions for next time it may happen. We will probably call him back for regular cleaning and any other jobs we may have.

An earlier client added some work, so I was called in the morning to let them know the men might be running late. They ended up arriving right at the end of their one hour window for when they would come. All work done well.

We are extremely pleased with our experience with this company. They clearly are experts at what they do, and everything from the estimate to the completed work was done exactly "as promised". The moldy tack strip was sealed, foam padding replaced with the exact same product already in place (a sample had been taken when the estimate was prepared), carpet re-stretched and then cleaned within the time frame promised. Technicians were on time, professional, courteous and efficient.

I got this companys name from Angies list. I called and spoke with Mike directly. I was desperate at that point, as we had shop-vacd the carpet to get most of the water, but the carpet was starting to stink as it dried. The stink quickly made its way through the rest of the house. Mike reassured me that we had done the right thing (shop-vac), and explained that our "drying- carpet-stink" was to be expected. He was quite busy, as some of his regular customers also needed his services because of the heavy rains, but was able to come to our house within a couple days of my call. He worked quickly and efficiently, and our carpet (which was only a year old) was completely restored. And no more stink. We hope to not have this problem again, but if we do, we would definitely call this company. We do plan to use Clean & Restore Systems when we need routine carpet cleaning.

The rep was prompt when he came to provide the quote. The repairman was a half hour late due to traffic, but that was understandable as he came from South Barrington in rush hour traffic. He quickly went to work and the repair is almost invisible. The stretching was successful and the cleaning exceeded our expectations.

Even though I am out of his service area, Mike came out and repaired my carpet. There was a burn mark on my high-end commercial grade carpet. You cant see the seems where he replaced the carpet. I am pleased with his work. The only glitch was that over the phone I had asked him that I am interested in having my carpet repaired by weaving the fibers instead of cutting a patch. Had he been more clear of his intentions, I would have hired another company that does weave. He sold me on his confidence, the repair looks great.
