Excellent work!!

We got a house that hasn't been remodeled in at least 30 years. Classic Handyman got it done with sped and professionalism. I had a tight deadline and it was right before Christmas and I couldn't be happier. We will be doing more work with the team in the near future to complete other projects!

Alex is very punctual and is an expertise in the field! He is part of our recommended team for our Charles Rutenberg Realty real estate team. We are constantly referring them to our clients and anytime I hear of someone needing a handyman we know that he is very professional and responsive and that is what our clients are looking for with a handyman.

Excellent!

Had Alex Riley do work for us in the past on 3 diff. occasions. Small stuff. Did a pretty good job but we had to do some cleaning when he left. Decided to remodel kitchen. (remove old/install new) Complete gut. Called Riley. Got what we considered to be a fair price. Gave us start date. All that was in the kitchen and in the cabinets was now placed thru-out our condo. Then he called and said he’d be a week late. Started. Then came the short days with short hours, working at another job after he left ours. Two days he didn’t show up, calling in both days after 9:00a.m. What was supposed to take a week took over two… There were some unexpected delays, unforeseen expenses that we paid for over and above our original estimate… (Extremely messy up to this point: we had to vacuum the hallway and building elevator; after washing/rinsing new tile floor in kitchen, they simply threw the water off our balcony and onto the balconies below…) Then there was a 2 week break in the action while we were waiting for the counter-tops. We paid for the work that was done up to that point. We were instructed to call him after counters were installed so he could finish the balance of the work. Calls have not been returned. Emails went unanswered. Mr. Riley’s word means nothing to him—it holds no credence. Not worth the headache. Go, RUN, elsewhere. Classic Handyman. Bad. Alex Riley. Bad. ML Proko

Alex was fantastic and very personable. He did a little more work then we thought it would take, but charged us exactly what he originally quoted. I will definitely be calling him again as I continue work on my house.

Handyman helped me choose a faucet that would work in our sink. He was able to install it very quickly and made sure everything worked as it was supposed to.

I needed a few bulbs replaced on a fixture which I could nod not reach with my 7ft ladder. Alex responded to my service request promptly and completed the work professionally. He also replaced a light switch that was not working properly. He had to run out and get a replacement switch which he did.

Alex did a great job. Pulled off a lot of very old paneling and carpet, put up new drywall and brick look paneling after cleaning and prepping the old cement walls. He put in 2 closets with folding doors and a new laundry room door. (I still need to paint some trim, then I will post some pics.) He came when he said he would come mostly, and certainly way better than many others I've had work on my house.
