Also, when I called to set up an appointment, the gentleman I spoke with was very pleasant. Will be calling them in the spring for the AC.

Description of Work: They did the annual checkup on the furnaces and air conditioners. They even service our furnace for our pool. It's hard to find companies that can service indoor pools.

He explained the steps of what he would do so I knew what to expect. He changed out my valve and got my boiler up and running quickly so the house wasn't cold for long. I am very pleased with Bremer Heating and will recommend them to all my friends and family.

Description of Work: Furnace maintenance. Very thorough. Much more so than Able Heating, my previous heating service. Also fixed the condensation drainage pipe at no extra cost, that Able Heating broke and refused to fix. |Last summer, Bremer replaced the central air condenser fan motor and capacitor for $353 which included a 10% discount for purchase of yearly A/C and furnace maintenance. Rob did a good job, both times. He managed to get the old fan blades off the hub, which required some doing. Very old unit, and he saved me money and trouble by getting that done. Very happy to have found a good company. Should have switched long ago.
