Installers were very punctual. They were very professional and my new shower turned out better than I expected. The complete job only took 1 day!

Everything went according to plan. We contacted a representative, they sent a sales rep out to our house as promised, an installation date was set, and the work was done. There were no glitches. The shower stall looks great and makes a huge difference in how our bathroom and master bedroom look. I was very impressed with the installer and the work that was done. Not only was the work done to specification he cleaned up after himself.

The new shower stall looks amazing!!!!! Cannot wait for the rest of the remodel to be completed.

They promised the work would be done in one day and it was not. However, it was not their fault. The plumbing in the bath had to be rerouted and that took extra time. The bath looks awesome!

I Joyfully retract my previous complaint against Bath Planet. Dimitris Nacopoulos came out and reviewed the shower stall and we all agreed that it should be redone completely. They redid the entire shower and it is now just like I had expected it would be. Great job! The workers were diligent in their work and gave us explanations when required and asked. A seat was to be put in but our plumbing did not allow for the wood to be placed correctly to hold it securely. Although I was sad, I understood safety first. They took the time and energy to keep us informed through the entire process. I believe Bath Planet (Dimitris Nacopoulos), worked diligently to resolve my issues and the shower proves it. A Million Kudos to Bath Planet!

Original bid was on the high side and sales person a bit high pressure, however we were able to come to a meeting of the minds. As for scheduling: They did everything they could to accommodate our needs, which was much appreciated. Installation: Would never know they were there. Immaculate.

The person installing my tub conversion to a shower showed up exactly on time and did quick work. He was able to adjust around the issue that came up when the tub was removed about the vent not being below sub floor. He completed the work in 4 hours and gave me some tips on other things I can do within the bathroom. I am super happy with how the product looks and feels. They gave me a good price for the shower conversion as well. If we follow the direction of maintenance, I do not see any issues that will arise as it is a quality product.

The installation went very smoothly and quickly. The sales presentation really bothered me. He started out quoting a ridiculous amount of money and ended up coming down to half the original quote. And I still paid more than was necessary.

Bath Planet came in and redid the bathroom of my duplex. It looks fabulous and they cleaned up the mess. Tenants love it!

Fantastic. My old shower, walls down to the studs, and plumbing was replaced and a new shower, walls, and plumbing was installed. What a great job, I did not have any problems and would hire them again

They did an excellent job and cleaned up after the work was done. They had a certified plumber who was in and out. Mike brought the material out and installed it. They did it neatly and with precision. I like it so well, I plan on using them again with another bathroom.

We’re so happy with our new bathroom... love the look of it and super easy to clean. Our sales guy David is very knowledgeable, he understood our needs, budget and was able to make it work for us. The installation was a breeze and well done. Definitely recommended.

We recently had our shower remodeled by Bath Planet. It was one of the easiest & smoothest processes I have had when doing any kind of remodeling in my home. I was contacted and my project scheduled within a couple of days and the availability was sooner than I had expected. I was told that the job would be done in one day and I could use my shower within 24 hours, which was great because we have only one full bathroom in the house. The associate arrived on time, was very knowledgeable and completed the job in the time frame agreed upon. He was very careful when bringing tools and material through our home and he cleaned up all the areas he worked in. I was very happy with our new shower and would definitely recommend Bath Planet to family & friends.

Smooth, The date of service was when I was told. The service was professional,the installers where very precise and cared what I wanted in the end result. My bathroom looks amazing and the tub and walls have the room a new look. I was able to finance with the company and they made the process very easy.

After a hiccup on scheduling, the work was done in one day in a clean, dust free, clutter free, professional manner. The workmanship was excellent. Installer had 27 years of experience and owned his installing company. All debris was carted away, floor swept, wiped and very clean. Tarps layed over carpets. Walls were not scratched.

I am very, very pleased with my new soaker tub and shower surround from Bath Planet. The entire process, was quick and easy. I feel that I got a great product at a very fair price. My salesman Adam was professional and not at all pushy.The installer, Darrell was prompt, hard working and obviously highly skilled. Love the way it updates my master bath!
