Description of Work: They installed a new 8'x8' garage door as well as replaced springs on a second garage door. The initial service person that came to assess the situtation was very helpful and polite. He offered advice on a few safety issues and fixes in an informative, no pressure way. The installation process went fine as well. There was some miscommunication over when they were to arrive (thus the "C" in punctuality), however would not deter me to use Allied again. Overall I am impressed and would certainly recommend.

Description of Work: The technician arrived promptly as scheduled, provided a thorough explanation of the work to be done and the expected life-span of the repairs (on an old garage door opener) and suggested an additional "fix" to maximize the operation of the opener. He was incredibly personable and was in/out very efficiently, cleaning up debris as he went. I would definitely recommend Allied Garage Door!
