Great experience, called me within 5 minutes of posting because my furnace wasnâ t working. Very knowledgeable, explaining options and left decision to me. Started right away and finished installing new furnace same day, although it did take quite a bit longer than estimated.

I don’t leave reviews unless I’m really compelled to and these guys were awesome. I used Angis list for the first time on a Sunday. I got a call within minutes, someone was at my house within hours and they had a new AC unit installed within 24 hours for a super affordable price. These guys certainly have our business for life and I’ll be recommending them with high regards. Their hustle can’t be compared.

So I really can't recommend these guys enough. I worked with Nick and he was as straight forward and to the point as humanly possible. Our humidifier was failing. Once he helped diagnose the problem, I did the homework on his quote and he quoted us $150 less than competitors. Didn't have to haggle even a bit with him. I don't ever say this about companies... THESE GUYS ARE HONEST. Needless to say, he did a great job of installing the unit so ya... I highly highly highly recommend these guys and plan on using them in the future.

I received a call within minutes from Affordable American Air when I posted a project on HomeAdvisor. I got an appointment set up at the earliest possible time. Ryan showed up at the agreed time and finished up the AC repair. Some parts were needed and he went out to purchase them for me. I got discounts on the service when I signed up for the maintenance program. Overall I am happy with the service. UPDATE 7/24/2021. I knocked off the rating because they were unresponsive to my calls. I paid for the annual HVAC maintenance service. I called 3 times over a period of 2 months. The receptionist will take my message and that is it. Nobody cared to call me back again for service appointments. I disputed with the credit card company just now to get my money back. I would not recommend this company for HVAC needs due to poor customer service. UPDATE 9/24/2021. This company had an issue with the 3rd party answering service and thus all my calls and messages were not handled. They reached out to me as soon as I disputed with my credit card company. At the moment, issue seems to be resolved and they had learned from their problem. I received another service without any issues. I changed my rating based on the latest service I received.

They responded so quickly which was good since my furnace wasn't working and it was starting to get cold outside. Great communication and explained everything before doing it and left me to make the choices on what I could afford.

Both Nick and Mike are very professional, they come on time to the appointment and after a theoretical inspection of my furnace gave me a diagnosed explaining in detail what will be the best equipment for our home. The day of the project Nick arrived on time and started to work without interruption until the project was completed, they removed my old furnice at no charge and cleaned up their work area. Upon completion of the project, they gave me a walk thru and also gave me maintenance recome dations for the longevity of my furnice. This guys decerve a 5.0 plus for their great work , professionalism, friendliness and honesty of their job; I will absolutely recommend them.
