I put in a quote for service through Home Advisor, and selected Affordable American Air for a quote and within a half hour Michael gave me a call offering to come out to my house that same night even though the call was after work hours. Michael was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and timely in his service. He was phenomenal in not only diagnosing the issue, but also explaining everything to me along the way. Michael also offered additional feedback on my unit as a whole and explained some options I could have moving forward for future service but was not pushy whatsoever in his suggestions. I would whole-heartedly recommend Affordable American Air for anyone needing service on their heating and cooling systems as they were incredibly prompt in their response to my quote request, extremely professional and courteous while at my house, and very knowledgeable in sharing their expertise with me.

Michael with Affordable American was great! He was able to come out the same day that we called for an appointment to install a new smart thermostat. He gave us an incredibly generous price for the install, especially considering how complicated our furnace and wiring ended up being and how much effort it took for him. He was incredibly friendly and happily explained everything he was doing to us. He also informed us of other various options/upgrades that would be available for our HVAC system, but did so in a friendly way where we didn't feel pressured at all to purchase anything extra that we didn't want. I would highly recommend Affordable American, and will be using them again the next time we have any HVAC needs!
