Keith was very professional and thorough and did a good job explaining the various elements that he tested and issues he found. The proposals they provided to remedy the findings were fair and objective we are still evaluating which projects we may want to undertake

Very good, just waiting on estimate of work to be done now.

The retest was enough for the energy rebate, but didn't really achieve the target they set. They were professional and timely on the front, but a follow-up test to see if any additional remediation would be worthwhile never happened, and they dropped off. Didn't have time to chase.

Keith Hickman was very professional, personable, and explained what I should have done. He sent a report that gave me several options. I was very satisfied.

1 Temp cancelled our appointment and sent another company in their stead. The other company was very slow to respond, was over a week late in providing the report, and never did provide a quote to improve the inefficiencies that they found. I sent the report to 1 Temp and requested a quote. They never bothered to respond.

I reviewed the estimates and selected those that I felt would provide the most benefit; insulating my garage ceiling (my master bedroom is over this area) and adding attic insulation. I am completely satisfied with the work done and the guys that completed it in a very professional and timely manner.

They did everything they said they would do. Very thorough.

Keith was super thorough and found a couple gas leaks in my basement! He didn't try to pressure me into anything and he was extremely informative and patient. I would highly recommend this service from 1 Temp!

They found some areas that could be improved in my home's insulation and barriers. Most were easily implemented by me. Still looking for the report but I got most of what I needed from the visit and sealed up my house before the coldest weather hit.

He was very informative and I could trust what he was saying.

They did a fantastic job and were able to identify where the cold air drafts were coming in from and were able to identify other areas of concern and make recommendations.

Well worth it, should have had it done before closing on the property though.

Keith came for the evaluation and was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He quickly figured out that the previous owners closed the damper to our son's room. It took him one minute to open the damper and he also showed my husband how to check the damper for future reference. It was more than generous of Keith not to charge us for this visit. That really shows what an honest company this is. If we ever have a more serious issue, they are going to be the first and only company we call.

The assessment was completed on the date of my choice, on 5/11/2016 resulting in an estimate to improve the efficiency of my home. I accepted the estimate and scheduled the work. This consisted of adding insulation in my attic as well as insulating my garage ceiling. The crew arrived on time and proceeded to go to work, taking the better part of a day to complete the job. Needless to say, I'm very satisfied and highly recommend this company.

Had 1 Temp come out on two separate occasions. First was to add insulation to the attic. The experience went very well, both for the initial consultation and when the work was done. The company was quick to return my calls and very helpful in addressing any questions I had. Happy with the work that was provided. The second visit was to have my ducts air balanced to improve air flow on my second floor. Matt from 1 Temp came to do the appt and after spending a few hours evaluating my system, he determined that the balancing wouldn't improve air flow by a noticeable difference. I really appreciated Matt's honesty, especially after the time he spent looking at my system. He also took the time to sit down and go through my questions regarding duct layout and system specs. Overall, I was very happy with 1 Temp and would use again for any future needs.

Foreman did not show up as was told. Removal of old insulation went well. Added spray foam insulation and that's when it went wrong. Thank goodness I went to check for my parents. Missed spots- not 4" insulation as promised, duct work was not even covered in several spots. They did come back ,without foreman as was told again, Sprayed where missed and some. Crew was very courteous and apologized. Felt better when came back 2nd time around. Unfortunately would not recommend

They did a pretty good job. The spray foam gun wasn't working so they had to come a second time to complete the job but it didn't bother me. They left a little mess but not much. I had to call them back because I was feeling cold air and they now want to spray foam above my fascia in the front of the house. I think that's another $1500 or so. I'll have to save some money before I get additional work done. All in all they were ok.

It was as expected. The representative came to the home and did a thorough inspection and performed a blower door test. A report and recommended future actions were provided a week or so later.
