Description of Work: This was an Angie's Deal to check out temperature of the house. Inspector found insulation problems and suggested solutions. My only problem is that they have a minimum price for doing a job, and since I could only carry out one of the proposed solutions for this time (insulating crawl space) and that cost fell below their $1200 minimum per job, they won't do the job. Otherwise, they were professional and responsive.

Description of Work: Very punctual& professional. The service people were nice, personal and neat. I give the company a B as opposed to A only because I anticipated a form of savings in energy usage and it didn't happen.If I was using the amount of energy they claimed and they "plugged the holes" my assumption would be less energy used, hence a saving.

Description of Work: The salesman, installers, and test guy were very punctual! The provided great customer services and a great product. The only complaint I have is that the salesman did not mention electrical issues that needed to be repaired prior to installation which required my husband to take an additional day off since we had to reschedule the insulation installation due to electrical repairs. The installers even stated that this has happened to them a few times this month where the salesman did not mention issues that needed to be fixed prior to insulation installation. Otherwise I would highly recommend them to anyone!

+ -1 moreWe have used Jay's before and he's always been very responsive. This time we noticed the humidifier was leaking a lot of water. We called Jay and described the situation and he knew exactly what the problem was. He gave us a time he would be out and was right on time. After fixing the problem, he asked us to come to the basement and explained everything in simple details. He said because of our water, this would probably happen again and he recommended we buy another filter so,when the problem arose again we could replace the filter so would not have to call him back and be hit with a service charge. He showed us exactly how to install it.
Description of Work: Replaced a filter and supplied a spare filter to a humidifier.
