Work was done quickly and professionally with care taken to the rest of our home throughout the process. Everyone from sales to installers to customer service has been polite and helpful. I love the look of our new bath. Having something that will last a lifetime, knowing the work was done correctly down to the studs, AND under warranty was worth the small price difference from having a random contractor do the same job without that assurance.

Eric and his workers were very helpful, professional and friendly. My Son told Eric that once he gets things together, he will notify Bath Works for his bathroom. When my friends come over, I take them to see my new Walk in Shower that Bath Works installed. I love my walk-in shower it makes my bathroom look entirely different.

I had my bathtub removed and a shower installed so that I could safely shower my handicap daughter. It is much easier and safer to shower her without having to lift her up and over the tub. I also had my other shower done. they did one shower one day and the other the next. The installer was very professional and answered all my questions and concerns.

Highly recommended. As soon as the Sales Associate, Amir Nikpour, walked thru my door, I knew that I wanted the Bathroom Project completed by Bath Planet. Amir guided me thru the entire process. The friendly staff knows their business. The installer did a superb job on installing my new walls, plumbing, etc. I know that the value of my house went up. The only downfall was the cost.

I think the cost was a bit much but the service and quality were good.

My wife and I are very pleased with the final product. A big reason why we decided to go with Bath Planet was because we were told it would be done in one day by two guys. Our daughter was only 8 months old at the time so we just wanted to get it done quickly. Only one guy showed up and it took two days.
