Just like the brochure! From the start of this project to the finish, we are delighted with our experience with Bath Planet. On the day of our estimate, we awoke to a major snowstorm. We figured that the appointment would be canceled. Not so! BP's intrepid salesman braved the elements to keep the appointment. Although pleased with the plan and estimate, in our effort to due diligence, we scheduled an appointment with another firm. They flaked on us! We promptly called Bath Planet and scheduled. Marek arrived within the window provided. We were surprised that he was alone. Surely this was a two-person job. His work was impeccable, the bathroom was left spotless. There was a small glitch that Marek addressed immediately! He truly is a master craftsman and a man who takes great pride in his work and his word. The shower is stunning! Beyond delighted!!!

The service was excellent! The workers were professional in every way. They worked neatly creating no mess during the demolition process and when they were done everything was cleaned up. The worker was very professional. My new tub and shower walls were finished in a day. My bathroom looks so much better. The representative that came to measure and help me pick out my materials was very knowledgable and helpful.

They took out a shower tub and installed a handicapped low entry shower with multiple grab bars. They kept the demolition mess contained and cleaned up afterward.

It turned out better than I expected.. My bathroom looks bran new . The work was done on time and very professional. I am very pleased I called.

They were on time and finished in 1 day. Very pleased with the job they preformed. Needed a tub to shower conversion, as spouse has trouble getting into a tub. Had a seat also installed, a plus because we have a small dog, now I do not have to bend over to bathe her.

Very happy with my new bathroom

I was looking for a quick fix to a basement bathroom that required some TLC due to a poor shower tile job. The consultant was on time and willing to work with me on determining a fit for our budget. The installer was incredibly nice and did a great job getting it fit and installed in a day - asking questions along the way for anything that required homeowner input.

My house was Built-in 1955 and I bought them from the original owner the bath tub had sea foam green everywhere the walls were ceramic green white and pink I could no longer stand it this is my only bathroom in the house I immediately saw the commercial for bath planet and call them the sales person came out and he was very knowledgeable and amazing the prices and financing are incredibly amazing and you have a choice To what will fit your needs the installers that came out were very knowledgeable and I couldn't believe the transformation of my bathroom they did it in one day and they cleaned up after themselves which I told them it was OK I would do it but they insisted I went with the Calcutta Marvel which is absolutely beautiful my friends and family were amazed that this could be done in one day. I would recommend bath planet to anyone and everyone thank you for doing an incredible job and making my value of my home increase One more thing the warranty is amazing thank you again bath planet
