Very quick remodel

The installers who did the renovation of my shower stall did a good job in a day to my satisfaction. The two men worked tirelessly. There was a lot of cleaning up to do afterwards by the elevator and all the way down to the truck, however, it was swept up and taken away. I think I was promised a discount but didn't get any.

Kind of expansive but overall happy with finish project

The work was done to my satisfaction. However, I was disappointed that Bath Planet charged me an extra $250.00 because I had to change the date of the installation. I felt that was a ridiculous amount of money to penalize me. Other than that, I was happy with the completed work.

The salesman and the installers were prompt . The installers were neat and also were receptive to detail that was required in our bath remodel. So Happy with the end result .

Sales rep was very knowledgeable. He knew the product line and was able to answer every question. Many options were made available with many options to fit any budget. Work was done on time and in a timely manner. It was completely painless! I'm very happy with the results and would highly recommend this company again!

The installer was professional and efficient. The installation went smoothly and the difference in my bathroom is snazing.

Overall the process was really smooth and went fast. But Iâ ve been waiting over a month for the service department to call me back to fix a section of caulking that was not done right. Which is unacceptable at this point. This has been the only disappointment.

Took out cast iron tub, installed walk-in shower in ONE day. Cleaned up completely after the project was done.

I got a completely new bathtub installed and it only took one day. The installer was nice and hard working. Both he and the customer service group helped me feel confident about my purchase.

Great job, on time cleaned up afterwards

Installers were profession, considerate. They cleaned up after their work was complete. Took all old tearout with them. VERY happy with the results.

They made my experience exciting,smooth,beautiful , professionally done and quick. My bathroom looks awesome and we spend more time in there mostly because it’s now an aromatherapy mood every time. Thanks I appreciate everything and I have already been telling people about and sending pictures to family and friends. Now I have my own personal spa area with less money than I expected.

I would rate them higher than 5 star for the value for the money!

One day for a complete change from tub to walk in shower. Installer was great, answered all my questions. Covered the hallway floor and even the stairway. Very pleased from the estimator all the way through the installation. Love the walk-in shower! Installer swept up the floor and also the garage where he had been cutting materials. No dirt or debris left behind. Very professional.

In one day our bathtub and surround were removed and a beautiful new walk in shower was installed. The work was very well done, they were very careful with the tile and materials around the project. They covered all of my floors and were very neat. I am very pleased with the workmanship and my new shower.

We love the shower thar was installed. Our installer was very nice and explained what he was doing as he did the project. He was training another guy. The only thing was that the girl who scheduled the project said the installer would be at our house between 8-9 AM. I thought I had at least until 8 AM for all of us to shower and get done by 8, but the installer arrived at 7:30, which I had wet hair and was barely dressed. The installers donâ t call at all and say what time they are arriving. I also was told by the girl scheduling in the office that bath planet would call and verify the time and date for the installation. I did not receive a call the Friday before the install date, which was Monday, May 9. I did call bath planet on Saturday but was told all the guys were in the field and not able to take calls to verify the date and time. So the guy did show up at 7:30. I felt that if someone had told me 7:39, thar I would have been ready and out if that bathroom thar was to be worked on. The installer was great. I just felt better communication with the girls in the office and the customers would be good as to exactly what time they arrive at your house. My installer said he heard that all the time because he likes to show up early. That really should be communicated to the office girls so they can tell the customer. I do love the shower that was installed and would recommend them very highly.

I had the best, most skilled, courteous, professional installers I have ever had the pleasure to meet. They did a tub to shower installation in record time, explained everything, did a beautiful job, and were so polite and professional, I cannot say enough good things about them. Our new shower is just what we needed and is absolutely wonderful.

We had a new walk-in shower installed and we couldnâ t be happier with the job that was done. Matt came to our house and we explained everything clearly and professionally and Mike Reyes did a fantastic job on the install. We only wish we would have done it sooner!!!!
