The installer showed up on time and went straight to work. We discussed a couple of issues he ran into and these were resolved to my satisfaction. It's been a few motnhs since the bathtub was removed and the new shower installed. There have been no problems.

The install of both the walk-in tub and the shower was pricey but the quality of the work was excellent! I received many compliments on both!

Specifically insisted on a non-slip shower base. Also requested a bracket to hold shower head while seated in shower. Company charged me an additional $150.00 for the non-slip kit to be installed even thou it was requested when salesman was at my home. I felt I should not have been charged this additional amount. A representative from the company called me & said I would not be charged for the non-slip kit & made arrangements for them to come out & correct the misunderstanding. After they installed the shower bracket & non-skid kit they still charged me $150.00 stating this was the charge for the shower head bracket. This was ridiculous & I would never use or recommend them to any potential customer. Advise any potential customer to make sure they understand exactly what you want & that it is written in you contract before you agree to using there services.

We wanted to up grade our three bathroom shower stalls to a safer design with permanent grab bars and low step in entrances and higher ceilings and removing a full size bath tub to enlarge the shower area and eliminate stepping over the entrance of the tub. Our salesman showed us how this could be done and gave us several helpful suggestions to enhance the function and appearance of the showers. He also worked with us to find ways to reduce costs to be manageable on our Senior Retirement Budget. The work was scheduled to meet our available time , and was completed in two consecutive days. I would like to have them install one additional vertical grab bar in each shower stall but was informed that couldn't be done with the support stud locations. There was a lot of work to be done, but the two installers coordinated their efforts to efficiently manage their time so as to minimize any disruption to our home activities while doing a quality job. I would recommend this company for their workmanship, and professional customer interface and the overall value for the project.

We were a bit nervous about having a company that so aggressively markets out for an estimate. But the salesman was so very professional and knowledgeable and not at all pushy. The company was a pleasure to work with and the installation went incredibly smoothly. We love the product and couldnâ t be happier!
