I wasn't happy with them. They ended up keeping it four weeks before I got it. They said that it would be a week before they could look at it. I had to keep calling them and they didn't call me done. I think they did it with out talking to me first. It ended up taking longer than I had expected. The communication wasn't there and I was extremely frustrated with them. I thought it cost way more than it should have for parts. I could have bought a new lawn mower for what I paid for the repair. I would assume they were average on price. I would not use them again.

The guy was good. The repair went very well. I was drawn to them because the guy is really nice and real personable. I would like others to know that they do good work and work is done when he promises it.

I have had to contact the police regarding getting my UTV back, and it has been in their possession for over a year. They charged my credit card for hauling it and looking at it. They "fixed" my UTV and after a couple days of having it back, it broke down again with the same issue. They charged me a second time for hauling and parts. Still haven't heard from the company.

it was terrible. it could not have been worse!! The machine was given a 12 month guarantee. It broke after 3. I was charged for the part which was covered under guarantee. I am still waiting for the part which will be here tomorrow, for the last 4 months

I could not remove the blade from my mower to sharpen it, and ended up taking it to this service center to have the blade removed. They were able to take care of it the same day, which was good. When I picked up the mower, I found that they had tipped it on its side on the concrete floor, and scratched it up pretty good. I'm not concerned about the appearance especially, but with no paint on those areas, I will have rust to deal with. Now I need to paint the side of my mower. They needed to tip it up on some cardboard or something in lieu of the concrete floor. When I got the mower home, I wanted to check to be sure I could remove the blade, but once again, I couldn't get the blade to budge. I called the place, and they had used an impact wrench with maximum torgue, and had torqued the blade down at 230 foot pounds! There was no way I was going to be able to get this blade off by hand ... ever! The manual for this mower recommends only 60 foot-pounds. I ended up buying my own impact wrench so I can remove and install the blade myself. Replacing blades is a standard do-it-yourself task, and a service center should never attach a blade in such a way that it can't be removed without special tools.
