After a very promising first phone conversation, thought we may have found our installer. Sent over Permit Drawings for Pricing, and was told would get it in a few days. After a week, I left several messages without reply. After more messages and emails, finally got a response saying we would have by end of that week. Finally at the end of second week, got a text saying they would not be able to fit us in Schedule. Would have gave an F, had he not at least finally said they could not do. Wasted 2 weeks of time on an already tight schedule.

Pretty good and happy with service. Was a bit disappointed that the first pool cleaning was not included in the cost. I felt for 350 dollars, that should have been included. I thought the guys were pretty knowledgable but could use some updates on my specific type of pool. I have an inground, fiberglass salt water pool. Overall pretty happy though and would recommend them in future
