We found Paladin Plumbing on Angie's List and we are glad we did. We needed our new water softener installed and called for an appointment. They were able to book us on a Saturday which is what we needed for our schedule. He explained their rates, which is discounted for Angie's List customers, they charge by the hour, not the job. He gave us an estimated time it would take to complete the install and his quote was right on. They arrived on schedule, very professional and were respectfully of our home covering their shoes each time they came in from outside. As they (Chris and John) did the install they explained what they were doing, made sure it was working properly and answered all of our questions about the new softener. They also cleaned everything up before they left. We highly recommend Paladin and will be using them for any future plumbing needs we have.

Christopher came out the next day at 10am and quickly roded my sewer line. Very friendly and professional. I would defintely recommend Paladin for all of your plumbing needs. Excellent service and fair prices.

We called Paladin because we had a water leak under our first floor that was causing damage to our first-floor wood laminate flooring. We could see the water dripping in a pipe under that floor, but we couldn't locate the source of the leak. Chris, the owner, was a professional from the first time I spoke with him. He let us know when he would be able to make it out to our house, and called before to tell us he was on his way. Knowing our situation he came out in the early evening after his other jobs were finished but didn't charge extra. He and his assistant were very polite and kept us informed of what they were doing. Our leak required Chris to cut into our drywall, but he did it in small sections to minimize damage to the wall and did it in as neat a fashion as possible. He put down a drop cloth to minimize cleanup (anytime you cut into drywall you create a mess no matter how small). Chris then replaced the pipe and made sure the leak had stopped. Chris and his assistant were very personable and did not use vulgar language once. My husband and I at first were a little concerned about the per hour pricing instead of the per job pricing, but in the end, I think we saved ourselves money. Chris and his assistant were able to finish the job in 1.5 hours ($95 per hour) and material (the replacement pipe and one other small piece) were only $20. Considering all the work they had to do to find the leak then fix it, I consider this to be a fair price. In short, Chris is my hero. And we'll definitely use Paladin again.

There was about a week between my call and our service but this was at my choice. We did not have any leaks so we scheduled the appointment when it worked for each of us. As usual, Christopher and his assistant arrived in a timely manner. Upon entering the home, each donned booties to keep my house clean. They removed and replaced these booties each time they left and reentered the house. We were replacing the wax rings as a preemptory precaution since they'd never been replaced since the toilets were placed when the house was built in 1991. Christopher had to cut the bolts to remove the toilets. He replaced the bolts and also did some extra work to feet the toilets as levelly as possible to insure that the wax seal would stay intact with no leaking. He also replaced the flapper for us in one of the toilets because I mentioned that it was beginning to run a bit. They are fast, clean, efficient, and polite; everything one could hope for in a Plumber. And the Angie's list discounts were VERY much appreciated. His hourly rate is lower for Angie's List members and he also waives the destination charge for us as well.

Total satisfaction. These guys do it right. Excellent attitude.

Paladin is the company you go to for great prices, honesty, and workmanship! They explained what products would work in my situation and didn't waste any time when they installed my plumbing fixtures! They were very careful about keeping my home clean while they worked and they left my bathroom cleaner than it was before they arrived. You will get more than what your money's worth.

The basement toilet was overflowing from a main line clog. Chris, owner/operator, of Paladin Plumbing Inc arrived the same day he was called and quickly accessed the situation. Chris proceeded to remove the toilet and start running rodding equipment down the sewer line. The line, and connected grey-water line, was cleared in about an hour and a half. Chris was careful, clean and professional. I highly recommend Paladin Plumbing Inc.

Once in a while you get service that is almost to good to believe.....this is one of them. Everyone I talked to at Paladin was extremely nice and professional. Christopher and Jody arrived on time as scheduled and immediately went to work despite my offer for coffey! Unexpectedly, I was home during the service and wound up talking to Chris the entire time he was working. He tollerated that and we ended up having a great conversation. The price was just as discussed with Athena and the job was done perfectly. I highly recomend them for any of your plumbing needs. A great family run business.

Had Christoper do preliminary work on shower pipes before a tile remodel, order new fixtures through his supplier, and then return to install fixtures and restore the water. Punctual, professional and very knowledgable, I would definitely hire him again. Good experience.

I bought this older house that had been vacant for about 1 year. The water in the kitchen would drain so slowly you could not wash dishes or use the dish washer. Because of the way the house is designed, the drain to be rodded was about 40 feet. Most plumbers do not have the equipment to rod a pipe that long. Chris came out, determined the length of the pipe and then said he would need special equipment that was in a warehouse to rod the pipe and would return the next day. He returned at the time he stated, rodded the pipe in less than one hour and charged me his normal hourly rate. He did not try to turn this into a bigger more expensive job as I have had other plumbers try to do. He was honest and quick and knew what he was doing. He is personable and a pleasure to deal with. I would hire him again.

It is always a positive experience to work with Christopher of Paladin Plumbing. He exudes confidence and has always been able to resolve whatever plumbing dilemma we have. This time our sump discharge pipe exiting the house kept separating from the pipe going underground. The end result was that the discharge water was eroding the earth right at the base of the house and going back into the ground causing the sump to fill up and run way too often. Christopher took one look at it and immediately had a solution. The landscaper who installed the drain pipe did not make a secure enough connection to the sump discharge pipe. Christopher had the necessary elbows and connectors and had the secure connection installed in just a short while. He flushed and tested the system and it has been discharging perfectly ever since. He is professional, extremely well-informed, respectful and kind. I'm always struck by the feeling that Christopher does NOT take financial advantage of his customers. This is refreshing in this day and age.

Just a great experience from start to finish. Arrived on time, completed extra work (under sink repairs) in allotted time frame; very high quality work; very professional and courteous. I have definitely found my plumber going forward.

Christopher's customer service and quality of work is outstanding. He made two visits to complete our job. The first visit he replaced the rubber coupling on the sump pump as he didn't have a heavy duty quiet check valve with him for our sump pump. Because our sump was spraying around the basement, he put a rubber one on for us in the meantime. We also asked him to look at our kitchen faucet sprayer because it wasn't working. It had been installed by a different plumber as part of our kitchen remodel. It turned out that the other plumber had cut a metal part when reinstalling the faucet which rendered the sprayer unusable. Christopher told me to look up my receipt, which I knew I had, and to call him with the model number and he would help me figure out which parts to tell the company I needed. When I called Christopher with the model number, he volunteered to call the company to get the replacement parts. Christopher said he would come back and install the parts when they arrived. The parts arrived....FREE of charge, thanks to Christopher! He came back and installed the sprayer parts and installed the new quiet check valve. All for $173.00! And....he's a genuinely nice guy, articulate, friendly and very respectful of us and our home. What on earth more could a person ask for?

Excellent Service. Chris is very friendly and professional. I called and left a message at about 4:30PM. I recieved a call back within 30 minutes. Chris was able to be at my house by 7pm. I was also happily surprised to find out he has flat rates no matter whether I had him come out at 7pm or 7am the next morning. He arrived promptly at 7pm and immediately got to work. I explained that we were quickly discovering that flushable does not always mean flushable. He worked quickly, from setup to completion was only an hour, he was ready to go by 8pm. He made sure I was satisfied with how everything was draining before he left and the Angies list discount of $95 an hour was a welcome surprise. I would definitely use Chris and Paladin plumbing again.

The plumber removed the pipe in the basement first. Since he would be removing and replacing everything in the up stairs bathroom my wife and I decided to add a bathroom. He then put the new bathroom in where we wanted it. Then the plumber went to work on the upstairs bathroom. He finished and we went from very low water pressure to great water pressure. We went from a 1 bathroom house to a 2 bathroom house and we have a new kitchen sink in a better position. 1 of the bathrooms has a whirl pool in it, and its "great". The plumber made sure while he was working in the house that when he left we were never without running water over night. He was courteous and very informative always letting us know what was going on. The plumber believes in always communicating with the customer so that we knew everything about every step of the process.My wife and I have several cats and he made sure none of our cats left the house when he was bringing in materials.
