He was amazing! He even found another error that our builder had made-the upstairs wouldn't have had softened water if he hadn't found it. Definitely will call him again!

I decided to replace my old vanity with new wall hung vanity and when I puld the old one out there was a pvc pipe coming from the floor and going into the wall and if left thete it would be vety visible and unsightly once the new vanity was on the wall. I send out a message trough the Angie's list and Paladin Plumbing was one of the few that responded very quickly. The next morning they came to make the free estimate and immediately fixed the problem. The pipe was a drain vent that someone was lazy when they build the house and didn't place it where it should go so Chris repositioned the pipe so it runs hidden trough the floor and into the wall behind the drywall and they shortened the water supply lines cause the new cabinet has drawers that when closed those lines would've been in the way. Great company to hire, very quick, very professional with reasonable cost.

Christopher and his partner were wonderful to work with. They both understood what the problem was fixed the leak with my totally satisfaction. They were pleasant, enjoyable, very professional and explained everything to me in detail. Because of that I had them do other things in the house: removal of a reversed osmosis system, a hot water dispenser that was not working and plug holes. They replaced a pop up drain assembly in a bathtub and in a sink. He even came out a day later to make sure that the shower wasn't leaking after we were using the shower. I would have Cristopher - Paladin Plumbing to do any kind of plumbing work in my home. He was EXCELLENT!

The bathtub faucet was badly leaking and the main water shutoff valve would not close so that a good amount of water was continually running down the drain. The bathtub faucet was not fixable. To do as little damage to the bathroom tile walls as possible, Chris needed to order and install a similiar type bathtub facet. This meant Chris would have to come back to finish the job another day. So to allow us to have water and still be able to turn off the leaking facet, Chris needed to fix the main water valve. A couple of days later he came back, installed the new faucet, and fixed a leaking bathroom sink drain pipe. I found Chris to be knowleable and professional.

Other folks wanted to furnish and install pricier systems. He quoted for more expensive brand as well, but was agreeable to us purchasing our own pump, and he installed it no-hassle at a fair price.

They did excellent quality work, were very professional and they showed up on time.

He called me back immediately. Came over the same day,exactly when he said he would. I explained the problem. I have a sump pump that was running every 30 to 45 seconds for 10 to 15 seconds 24 hours a day, 365 days a year no matter what the weather. This had been going on for 8 years. The on.off switchy would burn out and the pump wouldn't turn off. They were all Zoeller pumps. I was replacing a pump once every 12 months or so. I have had various plumbers in and every time they said there was nothing they could do but put in a new pump. Chris looked at the situation and of course realized that the high water table was what was causing the problem. He decided to put in a different brand of pump with a different type of on/off switch, one that worked with pressure rather that height of water. This made a tremendous difference. The pump now cycles on and off abour 30 to 45 minutes or so. It should last a lot longer and if the on/off switch burns out, he can change just the switch rather than the whole pump. The pump was also cheaper than the last 3 Zoeller pumps I had to buy. He was totally professional and very knowlegeable and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a plumber and would certainly call him again if I had any plumbing problem

They were right on time ,covered the work area, had on shoe covers and cleaned up after the job was complete. I was given ideas how to prevent the problem again. They did a great job at a great price. thank you for a great job.

Wow, if you are looking for knowledgable, responsive, professional and honest service then Paladine Plumbing is the place to call. With the help of Christopher and Jonathan we figured out that the plumbing leak was caused by my husband unknowingly drilling a whole into one of our sewage pipes rather than something leaking or faulty. Right away, Chris said this was minor and something we could fix on our own. Had we gone with another company I doubt they would have been so honest and forthcoming with that information. We will definitely be calling Paladine again and recommending to our friends. It is good to know there are still companies and honest people out there that don't take advantage of their customers just to make a buck!

Chris responded relatively quickly and after hearing the issue, offered to evaluate the problem before taking the job. He was on his way to another job, but offered to come out as soon as he could to help. Within two hours he was at my door. There was a pipe leaking in the basement. He determined that it was a heating pipe and that he was not qualified to repair (I have an older boiler enclosed system heater). He did not charge for his time and offered to help if I should have any other plumbing issues.

GChris responded almost immediately and setup an appointment to pressure test water lines on property that had leak before I bought it suspected from Water Heater. After connecting New water heater up, Chris came out and did a full pressure test throughtout townhouse and was able to determine that pressure was holding in pipes throughout house. He was professional, thorough and I would highly recommend his company.

We contacted Paladin Plumbing about new leak . Chris said he would be out at 8am on 11/27/2013 and fix leak . At 8am on the day he was to arrive he called and could not make it . Something about an emergency ,and said he would call within a half hour to let us know when he would be on the way. At 12;45 pm I called and left a message on his voice mail to call us . After talking to Chris it was agreed to come the following week ,but he would call me in a half hour to give me time and date . After not hearing from him for four days I sent a message to him via Angies List ,and he responded quickly ! To make a long story short ,he refunded our full cost of his original visit.

They were wonderful. They were very professional, nice, friendly, and considerate.

On Saturday 9-28-13 @ approx 10:00 AM I called both phone numbers provided on their website by Paladin Plumbing. Felt a rare confidence I would at least get a call back per Chris's answering service advising he would call back IMMEDIATELY! - Well he did call back, I just don't consider Monday morning 9-30-13 @ 7:37 AM too immediate. All would have been ok, had he not told me they "don't work weekends" when hours of operation are very specifically listed day by day on the home page of the Paladin Plumbing website. Not sure if he didn't know the hours of operation, forgot the hours of operation, or wasn't being real honest with me as maybe having left details on the scope of my work, being just a disconnect of a garbage disposal, a dishwasher and two faucets seemed to small a job to consider. Again, I'm aware it's America and anyone can decide what they do and don't want to do, but being a HUGE advocate of honesty, I reiterate I was ok until I went to back to their website to be sure I had seen what I thought i saw, (hours of operation). When I realized I was right, I decided I had to do a review! - In the end, I very proudly did the disconnect myself with a little help by entering the job details in a search engine on my computer. I will know go back to Angie's List to look for another plumber to install my new fixtures as well as some additional remodeling work. I recommend Chris make adjustments to either his website or memory going forward.

He was excellent. He got the job done in 20 minutes. He was polite and prompt.

It went well. They were trustworthy. He has done some work for me before, so he has always done a good job.

I called and made an appointment for that same week. He gave me an Angie's list price per hour. He was out on time with a helper. He did not have all the materials and left to make a purchase so that he could complete the project. He finished it in about two hours. He left the basement clean and neat.

I called and left a message at 6am, and I got a call back by 6:30 am. They managed to squeeze me in before other appointments and got the work done before 9am. No muss, no fuss. They charge a flat rate for the service, and considering the quality of the replacement they installed, the earliness of the call, the speed in which the work was completed, and the fact they made no mess, it was worth every penny to not have to deal with it myself.

Paladin Plumbing Inc is my favorite, they're just amazing. The service that they provided me was outstanding. The guy booked two weeks in advance then he dropped everything and showed up the next morning with the water heater. He's been to my rental property twice and he charged me a 3rd of what the other plumbing company did on the same rodding job. He's one of those unique individual who is happy working by himself and he's just has one worker.

Sewer backed up due to tree roots. Came out same day and quickly fixed the problem.

This was the second time we called Paladin Plumbing. The first time was to fix a leaking pipe over the furnace and this time it was to rod out our basement drain. Both times Chris did an excellent job. The price was very reasonable for both. I will definitely call them for any of my plumbing nees. I know they can be trusted.

Christopher was unbelievably pleasant and very jovial when I called and knew exactly what I was looking for. Not only that, he immediately told me that it wouldn't take any more than an hour's work and when I mentioned that I looked him on Angie's list he gave me a firm quote of $120 inclusive of the parts (waived $39 destination charge, $103 for labor and $17 for parts). He was available to come over at 4.30PM the same day, althugh his regular hours end at 4PM. Although he was running late from his prior job, he texted me that was the case. He did a very good job and cleaned up after their work was done. Very nice guy and makes all the difference in the world when people in the servicing industry have this kind of positive attitude and charge you a reasonable price for good quality work.
