It was very easy doing work with Paladin. Professional, reasonable price and high quality work. They always showed up on schedule and were prepared to do the work. I highly recommend Paladin and will definitely use them again. Chris is the owner and he made sure everything went well.

Something else I have used recently is Paladin Plumbing out of Lockport. It's like my third trip to the well with them I should say. I've used them three times now and each time I have been completely satisfied with them. They were here last week on February 18, 2015. They did installation and valves. These guys did a really good job. Very conscientious.

I am very satisfied the price is reasonable.

Christopher, the owner returned all of our calls very promptly. The work was done very neatly and quickly. The final cost was about what he estimated. He did not try to sell us on things we did not need. (We thought we might need to replace our working water heater, but he said to leave it alone as long as it is still working and not leaking). We are very satisfied.

I found Paladin Plumbing after searching Angie's List. I Called them on Monday, described my problem to owner, Christopher, and he said he would have someone there the next day at 8 AM, if that was OK. I said sure, and the crew was here right on time. They were very professional in every way. They rodded out the drain and after about an hour the sink drain was fixed. They cleaned up everything and left no mess. As stated on Angie's List, the travel fee was waived and the senior discount was applied. Overall, I was totally satisfied with the entire project.

I have had sump pump problems ever since moving to this townhouse 11 years ago. No one solved this problem until Paladin Plumbing decided to try a different model pump almost two years ago. The problem seems to be resolved. A week ago, the pump stopped working and Paladin came out the first time to discover the circuit breaker was tripped. Shortly after, the circuit breaker tripped again and Paladin came out a second time to replace the on/off switch on the pump to see if that was causing the problem. The circuit breaker tripped again and Paladin came out a third time to replace the whole pump which was still under warranty which solved the problem. The whole time they were immediately responsive, professional and showed up exactly when they said they would. I would recommend them to anyone.

Christopher is a straight shooter and will give you options for your job versus selling a massive project. His guys were great and very respectful of my home and keeping things clean. Pricing was very fair. It is always nice to do business with a firm that is capable and quite likeable. I will be using them again.

Had appointment set for early morning. Christopher called prior to appointment to tell me he was going to be a little later than our appointed time and I told him no problem as I would be home all day. He called again about 30 minutes before he was to arrive. When he arrived he was very courteous and professional. Installation of garbage disposal went as expected and he was done in about an hour. He disposed of my old unit for me. New disposal runs great and his estimate was right on the money. I specifically used this company because of Angie's list. When I called to make the appointment Christopher told me about discount (no travel charge) for Angie's List members. I appreciate that he communicated with me and kept me informed of arrival time. I would recommend this company and will call upon them in the future for my plumbing needs.

Christopher clearly communicated his schedule and arrival time. He set and managed my expectations as it pertained to the repair/replacement. His invoice was as advertised - no destination charge and a senior discount. He wore booties over his work boots. He was polite to my mother-in-law. He was patient with my dogs. He will be my plumber of choice when we begin our remodel and for all future plunbing needs.

Great provider. I will recommend him to friends and use this company for future plumbing needs. Very professional and polite. Both plumbers covered their shoes upon entering the house. I really appreciate this. After the work was finished Chris used his smart phone to show me the work that they had done.I am disabled and it is difficult for me to go down to the basement. I really appreciated this too. Chris showed me all they had done and showed me an opening for the sump pump pipe that was not sealed. He secured the pipe and sealed the very visible hole to the outside. I AM IMPRESSED! He also did not charge me for the toilet adjustments. I called this morning-the work was completed by 3:30 this afternoon.

I left Christopher a voicemail on the Monday morning before Thanksgiving and asked if he could come out to look at our hot water heater. He called back immediately and asked if he could come over right away. After looking at the water heater and attempting to fix, he said he had good news and bad news. Good news: He called the manufacturer and it was still under warranty. Bad news: It would take 2-3 days to get the replacement part from them, having me worried that we'd have no hot water over Thanksgiving weekend. Late Tuesday afternoon, Christopher called me and said he had the replacement part, but he was on his way to a call for a client who had water dripping through a light fixture, so he wasn't sure if he'd make it to our house that night. Unfortunately, the other job ended up taking a while (and it sounds like they had worse problems than we did), so he called to say he'd be over on Wednesday. He came Wednesday as promised, replaced the part, and were back in business before Thanksgiving. Overall, I appreciated Christopher's responsiveness, communication on the status of the part and his schedule, and sense of urgency in making sure our hot water was back on as quickly as possible. He was also very proactive in calling the manufacturer regarding the warranty rather than just trying to sell me a new water heater.

Christopher was very responsive when we first contacted him by e-mail, which I find is not the most common with this kind of contractors. We had a couple of scheduling hiccups, but they absolutely do not reflect anything negative. In fact, in one case, rescheduling had to happen because our job was not urgent and Christopher had an emergency call from someone with a problem with a water heater. I actually saw this episode as a sign that he tries to fit in emergencies as best as he can. In his line of work, clients like me certainly appreciate knowing he has this approach to emergencies. Christopher completed the job in pretty much the time he estimated when he came to first evaluate the situation. He is professional in his communication with the client He never tried to use any sort of scare/upselling tactics to get more things done. But he still made some recommendations that I found valuable, especially small things for us to do to avoid trouble when winter is at its prime. All in all, I would definitely use Paladin Plumbing again and refer this company to people I know.

Chris was just what you want in a professional. He contacted us quickly, he came out to access the problems, set a date for the work to be done and it was his recommendation to move the sprinkler system shut off valve for easier access which is great. The work was completed on the scheduled day to our great satisfaction. We would use and happily recommend Paladin Plumbing again.

During my "remodeling project" I was disconnecting a dishwasher to install flooring underneath it and broke a valve from a water line that leads to dishwasher and had to shut off water to the whole house to stop the leak. It was late afternoon so I was going to go to Menards or Home Depot to see if they had a cap for that so I could have water in rest of the house but immediately called Paladin Plumbing and they rerouted their schedule for the next day and showed up first thing in the morning so I decided to skip the Menards and Home Depot since their response was so quick. I had them replace other valves in upstair bathroom and powder room along with the dishwasher's just so I don't encounter the same issue again. Great ppl to work with, very fast, great price. Thank you Chris and John, I really appreciate it!!!!!

I called at 11am on a Saturday and received a call back within half an hour (virtually unheard of) and they were on site by 4pm. The sink was fully functional by 5pm. Christopher was efficient and worked quickly to determine the issue

I called Chris at Paladin plumbing at 3 PM on a Saturday and he met me at our apartment building in Lockport by 4 PM. I realized I did not have right keys to the apartment. Chris waited 30 minutes until I came back with the right key. He looked at the water heater and immediately emptied the water from the heater to stop the leak. He came back the next day on a Sunday morning and replaced the water heater and fixed another problem . He always answered my calls and is courteous and polite Venkat Davarapalli

I noticed the drains in my basement backing up while running laundry yesterday. I called Paladin and left a message about my issue. Christopher called me back within 5 minutes and scheduled a 7am appointment the very next morning. They arrived and scouted the house to learn our plumbing while answering all our and quot;new home ownerand quot; questions along the way. They immediately got to work clearing our line. Once they were done they tried to recreate the issues I was having before, and everything is working properly now. They charge by the hour and they didn't wast any time on my dime. Thankfully there were no major issues in the line and it was quickly cleared out. I was worried it would be much worse as we are on a piece of property with a lot of trees. Christopher and his apprentice John were very professional and very friendly. I couldn't be more pleased with the quality of service or the price. I will definitely use them for all our plumbing needs.

I called Chris this AM because the cold water connector to my kitchen faucet was leaking. Chris called me at 2:15 and said he would be at my house in 30 minutes. He arrived, switched out the faucet connector and made sure nothing leaked. He was the most courteous repairman to have ever visited my home. He was efficient, cleaned everything up and completed the job in record time. I would definitely use Chris again and recommend him to anyone who has plumbing problems! He's the #1 Plumber!

christopher was very professional and honest with me over the phone. he returned my call within an hour or so and was out the next afternoon. he said he would be over between 2-4p. he called me at 2:30 to let me know he would be by in a half hour. he was very honest and respectful to my wife and answered all of her questions. he was done in an hour and took care of the problem!!! Thanks christopher! We have definitely found our plumber after going through 4-5 of them. Thank you angies list!!!

We came home from vacation on Wednesday evening and realized our hot water heater wasn't working and was leaking...what a mess! I called Chris Thursday afternoon and he said he could be out the next morning with a new water heater and quoted me $820. He was a little late but he called to let me know he was running a little behind...which I appreciated very much. He and his assistant John arrived and got right to work. They put on their and quot;footiesand quot; and proceeded to do a great job! They were both very friendly and professional...they even listened politely to my husband talk about his and quot;navy daysand quot;! While replacing the water heater they had to do a little extra work on the gas line because of the small area they had to work in, yet Chris still charged what he originally quoted. I would highly recommend Paladin Plumbing to everyone!!
