Description of Work: One of the worst experiences ever. He built a raised brick paver patio. He did it wrong from the start. After over 2 years of calls to him ,he finally returned to rebuild it. Not only did he not rebuild it the right way, he refused to finish it. He also went bankrupt and never paid for the bricks he used on my patio. He will lie to you all the time.This guy is a total unprofessional. I finally had it torn out in 2008.

+ -1 moreAll of the brick was ordered with lugs so my steps looked unfinished with exposed lugs. I had lighting put into the Creta stone steps; however, the lights gathered water and mold. My father said he would run the gas line for the fire pit. Mark took this to mean that my 71-year-old father would order and install the electronic ignition mechanism as well as run the gas line. I was left to retrieve the lava stone and purchase the ceramic logs myself. The contract said fire pit- I thought it would be a functioning fire-pit. Mark worked to correct the problem with the brick lugs, only we couldn't find a match. I purchased limestone and Mark installed it free. He said he would drill drainage holes in lights for better drainage. 5 bushes were in poor shape- I paid for them to be replaced despite a guarantee. A worker replaced a wrong bush and ruined the new one cutting it to match. Calls to complete lighting and bushes are met with excuses and no-shows. This has been a 1-1/2 year nightmare.
Description of Work: The company removed old front and back walkways, wood deck, patio, and front steps. Replaced walkways, deck and patio with clay brick. Built surround for fire pit. Built limestone retaining wall. Planted a magnolia, birch, and 25 bushes. Later, replaced some brick with limestone. Laid down mulch.
