KRZ TEMP CONTROL HEATING & COOLING INC

In our experience of working with 6 contractors, as well as getting estimates with at least 12 others, Tom Krzak was among the most diligent and courteous, as well as timely and neat. I might have entered a review of him at the time, but was requested by Angie's List to review him. Tom was always on time, true to his estimate, and completed the work beautifully. I have referred others to him, and would use him again. 3 years later, we have not had a problem.

Tom Krzak was fabulous to with. He was very professional and always pleasant. He began by explaining the products he had to offer, and breaking down the various options. He installed a high efficiency furnace, and all the duct work, and when summer came he returned to install an A/C. When time came for the heater to be installed, there was a surprise for Tom in that there was little option for placing ductwork, and he still honored his estimate, and he and Brent had more work than they had envisioned. But it all looks great, and everything works! It bears mentioning that we had about a dozen contractors in the house for the duration of this rather all-consuming project, and that Tom Krzak was the most reliable and efficient worker we had.

They were professional and on time. They were very courteous. They were honest and didn't try to push me.
