Description of Work: Needed a tree removed, was told 10 days before someone would come out and look at it and another 5 to 6 weeks before the job would be done, we called another place and it was the job was done in 3 days.

Description of Work: It took them about 4 months from 1st contact to doing the work. They trimmed about 4 or 5 branches from one tree. I feel that the cost should have been closer to 200 Dollars for what they did.
