Excellent! Came out on the same day as my initial request. Explained exactly what was needed, checked the entire roof for any other potential problems and gave me a great price. Showed up 8am the following day and completed the work in under 2 hours. Mike was friendly, professional and has a thorough knowledge of roofs. I would definitely use him again.

Patti and Mike are responsive and easy to work with. However, I give the 4 stars because Mike was a few hours behind of the initial scheduled time (though I appreciated he called to inform me about time change but it can be hard for someone to reschedule their time, especially with kids). Also I think the price is a bit pricy comparing to the work being done.

Mike and Patricia came out the same day as the request for quote. Mike repaired the roof quickly and checked other shingles. The price was very fair, and they were friendly and professional. I will use this company again for any future roof repairs.

Mike was responsive, thorough and hard-working. He kept exactly to his quote, even though he ended up doing some additional shingle repairs beyond his initial bid. If I have any further roof damage issues, I'll be able to skip getting multiple quotes first. He earned my trust.

They work with me to get my roof repair fast and efficiently. After getting some crazy quotes from other companies Hi Top came in and explain to me what was needed and what was the best way to approach it. Would definitely recommend and use them again.

The only one respond to me in 5 minutes in a very cold snow day. Removing snow to find the problems on next day. Work done with a good job.

I needed a saddle built behind my chimney. They estimated the work quickly but could not schedule it for two weeks. Once here, the work was done with care and evident pride. No leakage so far.
