Fixit Pro Tech came out to service LG washer Jan 27, 2025 for LG washer. Problem is and still is drain pump filter. When open filter knob clear water pour out drain pump filter. Tech took LG washer apart to find a problem. Was told by tech need a new drain pump motor. cost $77.00 drain pump motor order. Tech return Jan 29 installed drain pump motor. There were still clear water pour out drain pump filter when open lint knob. Tech stated there will be little water in side filter when open to check for lint. Told tech never had this problem when I check my drain pump filter. Washer is not 2 years old yet. Problem started 2 weeks ago. Call tech again problem remain unsolved $190.00 paid to tech when job was finished $267.00 washer still not fix M. Clements Beecher, Illinois.

Ultimately, we discovered that the machine was irreparable due to its original installation. Despite this setback, I will continue to reach out to Slava because I trust his dedication to completing a task. His integrity stood out to me, especially as a woman who has often faced being taken advantage of in similar situations. I truly appreciate Slava for all his efforts.

They assessed our leaking washer. They were on time, service guy was professional. Couldnâ t be fixed unfortunately due to the manufacturer as the parts required were no longer made and couldnâ t be found elsewhere.

The repair man came out to check the washer, needed to order the outer tub. We paid to order the part. A week later he only responded that the part could not be ordered after I reached out. It is been three weeks and the money we paid for the part, $350, has not been refunded and now they refuse to answer any of our attempts to reach them. We will be disputing with our credit card company, but avoid this ?pro?!
