 + 0 moreThe crew was mature, professional, punctual, friendly, and exceptionally skilled. I'm pleased with the quality of the windows, the installation, and feel I received good value for the price. DNS is now installing new siding on my home.
Description of Work: DNS measured for windows, removed old windows, resized 3 windows, installed all new windows, and completed the work on the outside. I had one window made smaller, and 2 windows were made quite larger.

 + 1 moreUltimately, the crew showed up on time, removed the gutter and old roofing materials, did a great job of installing the new roof, and cleaned up very well afterwards. The crew was not able to put the gutter back on, but Dave sent 2 other guys to put the gutter back on and included a type of cover for the gutters to replace the one original one they had to discard. What really impressed me was that Dave noted a broken vent and took it upon himself to obtain a new vent cover and he came and installed it with no fanfare. I saw him drive up and saw him leave. He just installed the new vent and never even brought it to my attention. That is what I call attention to detail. I have contracted with DNS to install my windows and siding in July 2011.
Description of Work: DNS Exteriors replaced a small flat room on my Cape Code home to fix a leak.. I had gutter covers that were not properly installed and caused ice damning, and additionally, the flat roof was also cracked in places and leaking. DNS did an inspection following an inspection by my State Farm insurance adjuster, and said my regular roof was fine but that the flat roof needed to be replaced. The price quoted was lower than one other estimate. I selected DNS, but not on price alone. I went with them because Dave explained the entire process to me in detail.
