+ -1 moreTerrible service. For opening of my pool he Dumped all the sitting water off cover in my grass and it’s all mud and smells horrible now! (When I had a pump draining the sitting water, he just took it off!) All he did was connect 2 hoses and took my $200! No chemicals, Nothing! Very ignorant on phone using foul language! Did not hose down my solar cover!

Description of Work: Ceasar came in and realized what was wrong with my pool. He immediately made some changes and made it so that my pool could be opened for the season! He also made some recommendations for future so that I don't make the same mistake again. Best part - he didn't make me feel like an idiot for making a silly mistake. Thanks again! Job well done!

Description of Work: They dropped the water level, provided chemicals, removed the ladder, provided a pillow for the top of the water, secured the cover, disconnected the filter and heater, turned off the gas, carried the ladder and filter into the garage and prepped the heater for winter

+ -1 moreThey were terrific. The guy was really responsive and he did a great job. I am going to use them to open my pool from now on. He did a great job on a really horrible problem. He was a little expensive but I don't know many people who do this.
