+ 0 moreMike and his son was punctual, kept the workspace clean and was very professional. His quote was a little lower than the total paid, but that was because of our changes and additions to the project. He gave a time frame of two weeks and the job was completed in that time. He told us when the job would begin and he was true to his word with this also. I would highly recommend Mike Bellair. He will also be doing some painting for us also.
Description of Work: Mike remodeled a half bath to a full bath, added two small closets and doors to same. We changed our living room to a bedroom for my father, added a door to this room and a closet. Made the half bath into a full and added a closet in the foyer.

+ -1 morePrior to hiring Bellair Remodeling, we interviewed several contractors. We appreciated Mike's demeanor and the way he listened to our project ideas. Mike was prompt with his estimate, and he followed up with us to see where we were in the process. His estimate for the project came in right on budget. Throughout the project Mike and his son Eric were on time, kept us informed of where they were, and overall did a great job. We ran into a problem with the cabinet we ordered being slightly larger than the space allowed (our fault, not Mike's). Mike came up with several options for correcting the problem and did a fantastic job with the fix. During the project, we decided to add a stone accent wall in the bathroom. They did a fabulous job, and the wall is beautiful! In fact, it is our favorite part of the bathroom. Mike and Eric were very professional, friendly, patient, efficient and knowledgeable every step of the way. They paid attention to detail, and their craftsmanship was top notch. Their work space was organized, and they ensured that the construction area was clean at the end of each day. We will definitely use Bellair Remodeling with any future projects.
Description of Work: Mike removed the bathroom vanity, mirrors, medicine cabinets, lighting, shower door, bathtub faucet, and tile surrounding bathtub. Mike and Eric installed a dual vanity and faucets, new medicine cabinets, and vanity lighting. They also added a light over the shower, tile surrounding tub, tub faucet, shower door, and new stone accent wall. (We spent approximately $8500 on the total cost of the renovation. Mike charged us approximately $3000 for labor, some materials secondary to tile and stone work, and paint.)

+ 5 moreMike & Eric came in and did just what they said they were going to do. They were careful and courteous and considerate of our time and our home. We moved most of our furniture out of our master bedroom allowing them to stage their tools and much of the materials. They protected the carpeting, and walls and covered remaining furniture as needed. Where appropriate, we purchased additional materials as did Bellair and modified/adjusted the plan and labor as agreed. Mike was thorough with explaining recommendations and adjustments and documenting work and any additional charges. Both Mike and Eric's attention to detail and flexibility along with suggestions to improve the finished product were outstanding! I had considered doing this work myself and had commented several times during the process how thankful I was that we had Bellair do the work instead! Very versatile and impressive! My wife is thrilled with the new bathroom and everything looks and works great! We will definitely use Bellair Remodeling for future projects and highly recommend them, rating them ALL A's for EXCELLENT!
Description of Work: Mike & Eric from Bellair Remodeling remodeled our master bathroom. This involved working around the existing whirlpool tub and included: prepping and planning stages and timing of installation/demo. interior drop cloths to protect floors/carpet. demolition and removal of the ceramic floor tile, existing shower and linen closet, vanity, toilet, mirror, lighting including a dumpster and removal of all debris. preparation and staging of the existing sub floor, plumbing, electrical and ventilation, and setup/modifications of existing plumbing including corrections of existing issues including addition of insulation. installed and built new larger stone tile 36x48 shower pan, installed insets in shower, installed plumbing, lighting, ceramic floor and wall tile, modified electrical outlets, moved & modified vanity plumbing, repaired and sealed interior floor and wall access, replaced and reinstalled ventilation fan and vented to exterior, installed and modified new vanity including granite countertop and backsplash, hung mirrors, installed new plumbing fixtures, faucets, showerheads including updates on exsting tub. Prepared and repainted the entire bathroom and installed new woodwork/baseboards and heating/AC vents. Installed new sliding, clear shower doors and reinstalled existing toilet final adjustments, testing, cleanup and no surprises at reasonable cost.

Description of Work: I used Bellair Remodeling and Painting. I last used their services probably six months ago. They refinished my basement and they did some painting as well. They also installed and remodeled a bathroom.

Eric provided daily communication with the project updates. The work was completed in a timely manner with great precision. The final outcome went above and beyond my expectations. The Bellairs provide top-notch workmanship at a very good value. I would not go anywhere else for my home or business remodeling needs. Thank You.

Description of Work: Bellair Remodeling and Painting installed a granite countertop,sink and faucet,removed old floor and laid new tile in 3/4 bathroom. The work was done timely and neatly and very much to my satisfaction. Mr Bellair is promp and reliable and does a great job. He has done work for us in the past. He and his adult son work together and can do many remodeling jobs and painting. We were very pleased and will use Bellair Remodeling and Painting in the future.
