They were really good at working with older homes. I know a lot of people don't specialize in older homes. I had issues with my main pipe line going to the main water. They routed it and cleaned it out. They did a really nice job and were very cost effective. They were wonderful.

Plumber was informed that the heater sat unused for approximately 6 months. Initially replaced the most expensive component of the heater creating a move in delay due to lack of part availability. It still did not work but I unplugged it and Waited until I moved into the house and called a second time to see if he would respect his warrantee. Second visit by his tech revealed that blowing into the line freed the dust causing the problem. I wish he would have given it a good cleaning first. Both visits were expensive. Second tech left water setting on "max" causing more problems, but owner responded on the phone immediately on Saturday night to assist if necessary and instructed me how to tap pressure release valve to free any rust buildup. Being new to the area in a new home, this was unsettling. I called him because he came very highly recommended by a friend who is extremely satisfied with his services over the years in many different situations. He has always been a good plumber with an excellent service record for her.
