Description of Work: We finally had someone come out to our house 3 days after we called (that is when they told us they could come), which seemed like too long when your service is disrupted. We were told that our line had a problem and the city where we live was also having a problem that made our situation worse. The guy who came to our house was very nice and professional. He was very helpful and seemed to understand my frustration. We will stay with this service for now but only because we have very few options where we live.

Description of Work: The modem/router kept changing my information. I had to call to get it fixed a couple of times. The last time I called I asked for someone to come out. He got there in the time frame stated. He was also very nice. He gave me a new modem and everything is fine now.
