Description of Work: They did a good job. I asked how much it would be and they said they didn't know yet. I was surprised by the cost it seemed high. I checked on the Internet to see what the cost was for the work that they did and it was high. I called to speak with the owner about it and he never returned my call.

 + -1 moreThey were prompt had nice equipment. When I asked the service tech how much it would be because they charge a flat rate he said he didn't know yet. My freon level read 6 when he first hooked up the monitor to check the levels it dropped to 4.9 I asked don't I need some freon he said nah. He replaced the filter and capacitor. He explained things thoroughly. I then got my bill for 245.00. I thought it sounded high. I called the business and they said the owner would call me back. He never called me back . I just wish they could have told me the cost and that it would be that expensive before they did the work. I asked how much it would be prior to them doing the work.
Description of Work: Replaced capacitor for AC changed filter checked freon level.

 + -1 moreThey know so much and they will spend a great amount of time explaining their services and products. They seem to really care about their customers and are very honest. They gave me great advice and did not try to sell me a new unit if I could replace the one I already have.
Description of Work: I have contacted them to get ideas on what HVAC unit to purchase.
