Description of Work: I had All Amercan come over to inspect my Central AC check the furnce and do a general get ready for summer once over. They did a great job.

+ -1 moreJeff evaluated the problem in less than 5-10 minutes. He took down part numbers then went back to the office. Cindy called right back with the price of part and labor. I was asked if I wanted them to drive to Springfield that day or if I could wait until the next day. I waited until the following day. Jeff came back with the part and took about 10-15 minutes to replace it. The furnaced kicked on on its own, The cost of the work and part was as I was quoted--$355,00. I was very impressed with this company. And I would definetely call them again.
Description of Work: The furnace would not stay on, Jeff the service tech came out right away. He spent approximately 10 minutes (or less) and knew exactlly what the problem was. The brain card of the furnace. We have had to call for work on furnace for 4 years--but we had a home warranty and had to use who they called, Don't know the cost for those vidits and I wasn't as impressed by anyone as much as I was with Jeff from All American Heating and Cooling. I definitely highly recommend this company and this technician. They know what they are doing and are reasonable.

+ -1 moreWhen I called they were a little backlogged. This was a Wednesday. Then they called because they had someone working on Saturday and wanted to know if the guy could come out. I said yes. By the time he got here it was raining so we decided to just reschedule.When Cindy called to reschedule I wanted to wait because the weather was supposed to be rainy. The following week I was called and Jeff came out. He wasted no time and knew what he was doing. He fond where the wires were shorted and fixed it. He was done inside of 25 minutes. It didn't take long before the house started cooling down. I expected to have to pay a lot more than I did. I was utterly surprised. We have not had any problems since then. If any other problems should arise I will be calling for Jeff from All American Heating and Cooling.
Description of Work: We have had to call someone out every year since we moved in for service to air conditioner--4 years in a row. We did have home warranty so we had to use whoever they sent out. This year I choose who we called so I called All American Heating and Cooling.When I turned our air conditioning on there was no cool air. I immediately thought we might need some freon. Then my sisters were in the back and noticed that the compressor did not come on. When Jeff came out to look at the air conditioner he checked the freon and said there was plenty. Then Jeff went down to the basement for about 5 minutes and came back. He said there was a short and did something with the relay switch and BAM!-- the air conditioner came on.
