I paid them for the consolation. It was to tell me what kind of, I am having issues with a double piazza. I needed their expertise for the proper way to fix it. A porch.

There was a little miscommunication regarding the ultimate costs, but, as with most communication issues, I'm sure it was as much my fault as his. Regardless of the cost issue, they did what I asked them to do and did a very professional job doing it. They are practical and I was very happy with the overall client service experience.
Description of Work: Pre-purchase structural inspection of a home and drawings required for a contractor to properly correct a known issue.
