I was a repeat customer after spending hundreds and hundreds of dollars on other services with this company in the past. I had an issue with my HVAC system and scheduled an appointment on Tuesday. He said he would be able to come on Friday afternoon. So I took off of work and waited. I called him after noon to ask him what time he was coming, and he said he was busy and would call me back. I did not hear back and called later in the afternoon again, but it went to voicemail. I left a voicemail indicating I was waiting for a call back, that I took off of work, and that I needed him to come out today as scheduled. It is now into the evening and I did not hear a word back. This is a horrible way to treat a repeat customer that gave a lot of business in the past. I am very disappointed and appalled by the lack of professionalism, and I wasted an entire day off of work for nothing.

Foster had performed a systems inspection prior to purchasing my town home. I arranged for him to address certain issues that he had considered noteworthy or lacking and needed repair. (The seller replaced the hot water heater that Foster found to be leaking gas at the control valve.) He is a friendly man who offers running explanations for what he is doing / looking at / testing, and why. He is very accommodating in his scheduling. He is responsive and professional. He feels a little pricey, but I believe that I am getting excellent and thorough HVAC preventive care, which is less costly in the long run!!

Called, made an appointment, no show. Called back, made an appointment, no show. Called third time, and someone assured me that someone in charge would call me back to rectify...........still waiting

Timely and neatly done. One tiny leak promptly fixed. i plan to use their services for future HVAC needs.

I've used him for all my heating and cooling stuff ever since we've lived here. He is very trustworthy. He is not pushy and explains everything to me. He is very reasonably priced. I haven't compared their price but it seems very fair.

I believe he showed us the utmost in customer service when he took responsibility for his mistake. He also proceeded to not only take responsibility, but also adjust the cost of the installation. I will definitely call on this company again in the future.
