Description of Work: The was the last "full" service from them which was to put on new siding (vinyl.) They did a great job with this as they have done with replacement windows and replacement sliding glass door prior to our siding job. | |As with any product, sometimes defects can happen. We had one of the windows and the door fog between the fixed panes. Jeff responded don't worry, the items were under warranty both for parts AND labor. We just had those 2 items replaced and had no issues. I highly recommend Right Way, they've always provided us with a good price and good work.

Description of Work: I hired Right Way in Lisle for new windows and siding. Everyone I worked with was courteous and professional. The siding job was on a home owner's claim. This is the first time I'd had such a claim, and I was a little frustrated with how long it took for the check to come in. Jeff from Right Way was an old pro. He never pushed me for payment or to follow up with the insurance company. He handled everything. They also replaced 6 windows for me at a very reasonable price. I would recommend them.
