Here at OHI, Inc., we have various methods in place to ensure effective communication with our customers. When a message is received via Timetap, online, email, text or phone, our dedicated team records the customer information into a computer data call log along with an online appointment reminder. Additionally, we promptly send a text message to one of our expert staff members, providing them with the necessary customer details to return the call schedule an appointment or address any questions they may have. It is disheartening to learn of his dissatisfaction with our services and given us an 1 star rating. However, upon reviewing our records, we have no evidence of any contact from him via email, text, or phone. We maintain computer-generated data logs for up to a year, encompassing all leads and completed jobs. In his review he suggests that we had started work on his property but failed to complete it, leading him to hire another contractor. However, our database does not show any projects undertaken at the address he provided above. We retain records of all jobs, regardless of their age. Nor do we have any records of money received from by him. While we strive for accuracy, we understand that mistakes can occur. If OHI, Inc. has made an error, we encourage that he contact our offices so that we can rectify any shortcomings. At OHI, Inc., we take pride in our honesty and courteous service. We stand behind our 5-year workmanship warranty for exterior remodeling and 1-year workmanship warranty for interior remodeling. If there was an input mistake in the address, we fully support our warranty & urge him to reach out to us via email, text, or phone. Receiving a 1 star rating without the opportunity to address the issue is unfortunate, as we firmly believe that there are no problems, only solutions waiting to be found. We sincerely hope that he has found a resolution, & we extend our best wishes for all their future remodeling endeavors.
