We needed to sell our condo after having relocated out of state.  Leslie kept everything moving ahead smoothly, in spite of our being so far away and several surprises coming up.  She helped us determine a competitive price and identified great contractors to help us get the place looking its best.  She coordinated with all of them to do the work (since we couldn't actually meet with them).  Our place looked so great and was priced well--we found a great buyer within 2 days!  Leslie then guided us expertly through to closing.  Several surprises came up during inspections, but she kept everything moving ahead, and we closed just weeks after receiving our offer.  We couldn't have been more happy with our experience working with her.  We've sold other properties in the past but have always been hands-on during the process.  We were concerned about how things would go with our being out of state, but we always felt like we were in incredibly competent hands with Leslie.  She is a veteran agent and a true professional.  She's also a lovely person to interact with.  

Leslie is a true professional with excellent industry knowledge and credentials. She was well prepared for our initial meeting and provided comparative properties in the area for rent. Leslie advised us as to the appropriate rent to charge for our two bedroom/two bath condominium based on the comps. She took the time to explain the costs and details involved with listing our property with her agency and the marketing tools she would utilize. Leslie returned calls promptly and provided excellent feedback via email. We were extremely pleased with her service and were amazed that she presented a qualified tenant within two weeks! We would highly recommend Leslie to anyone with a home or property to sell or lease!!!

In today's housing market, I would have been lost with the help and encouragement from Leslie. She was always there to take my calls, to hear my woes, to help find new and positive ways to market my home. She was always available to show me homes for purchase ... just always available when I needed her. I would whole-heartedly recommend her to anyone looking for an involved, professional realtor. We were extremely pleased with Leslie as realtor. She is very helpful and knowledgable. She was very proactive through the whole process of selling our house in what we all know is a buyer's market. She was wonderful. Highly recommended. She was always available and kept in regular contact via phone calls and thru ReMax reports about our house; web stats, general stats on Lisle realty. She held two realtor walk throughs for other real estate agents in the area to keep our house in their consideration. We sold our house in 4 months -- just about what she estimated and the timeframe that feedback from the realtor walk throughs also produced. Of course, we were very realistic in our asking price too which is so important in this market. Her market appraisal was right on and helped us feel more confident as we sat thru a couple of "low ball" offers from opportunists. She knows the real estate biz!

Leslie is the best around. She worked with me and sold my house in slow market for 3,000 under list price. She is a hard worker, communicates well, and is always around when you need her. She worked non-stop to get my deal together. I have worked with many realtors, but none of them compare to Leslie.
