Job went extremely well. The crew put up protective barriers so as not to damage house or landscaping during process to strip old shingles. At end of day and end of job they policed the yard to collect remaining debris and useda magnetic roller to pickup any nail in shrubs and lawn. We are pleased with quality of the roof and workmanship. There were a few followup cosmetic issues that were resolved quickly. We recommended Leo Exteriors to several neighbors and their jobs for the most part were performed satisfactory. I believe any outstanding issues were handled quickly. THE BIG ISSUE AND REASON I cannot recommend Leo Exteriors is their failure to deliver the manufacturers warranty. It is April 12th 2015 and we still do not have the warranty in our possession. We have had numerous conversations and communication with their sale rep Ryan as recent as last week. Always a promise we will receive warranty documents! [member name removed]

I kept calling them, but they never came, and they never called us back. They never bothered to call us back. They came out to do the estimate and walked around our property, but they never gave the estimate or even called.

The process was very smooth from start to finish. They explained everything up front, helped with the insurance claim, and made sure any questions I had were answered right away. I was impressed with the quality products they used even though it was an insurance claim. I would recommend them to anyone.
