Excellent work and professionalism. On time, on budget and clean.The crew took their time describing what they were going to do and answered every question.

Overall, excellent work. Price may be higher than others, but quality is superior and justifies the expense. We were quoted two weeks for the job, but it took three weeks. Again, for the quality and attention to detail, extras time was worth it. Would use Kwak Brothers again!

To be clear, Kwak Bros. did not do a painting job for us, they painted our neighbor's house next door. They power-washed the house as a first part of the process, and not very carefully -- clouds of paint chips were blasted into our driveway, on our roof, in our carport, and into our flower beds and yard. All told, thousands and thousands of them, big and small. A crew made one, half-hearted, completely ineffectual attempt to clean a few of them up. Hours with a shop vac for us, and the tiny ones are still everywhere.

We couldn't be happier with the outcome! Kwak Brother's Painting, Inc are extremely professional, truly dedicated and talented craftsmen. They were prompt and conscientious workers. We will be using them again.

I have never seen painters with such attention to detail. Our job was of moderate complexity, and the team took about 6 days to complete it. But they spent about 2 patching and sanding the rough spots. As a result, the walls look brand new. They did a great job with staining and sealing the trim as well, parts of which were tricky. They disconnected and reconnected our washer/dryer, and even moved some furniture for us. We are very pleased with the result, and will definitely call them first for future jobs. They can be a little hard to get a hold of at times, probably because they are in demand. But they are worth the wait.

It was fantastic. They completed the job within the timeframe they gave us once the rain stopped. They were super professional and responsive and very nice. I would recommend them to anyone!

These guys were great! They were always right on time; there when they said they would be there. They were very accommodating as during the remodel of our store, we were still open 24-7. They came in overnight as needed to do prep as needed for any other contractors coming in the following day. Did every thing we needed them to do and more! Kept things neat and clean at all times. Would hire them again, without a second thought. Will be doing some remodeling in my home in the next 6 months, and they will be my painting contractors for sure!

Their paper hanger Daniel arrived promptly on the morning scheduled. He worked quietly and steadily. He is a very pleasant, quiet person to have working in your home. He took time and great care in preparing the walls--an important step. He did a masterful job. We are very happy with the results. If you are going to the expense of having a paper hung then it is worth having done well. When it is chosen and hung well it can last for many, many years. These are the guys to call if you want a perfect job.

We've been working with Kwak for years. They are METICULOUS. Before you get nervous by the price of our job, you should know that a). they were less expensive than the company our contractor wanted to go with and b). our warehouse is 10,000 sq ft + with TONS of obstacles. This wasn't just a spray and go job. Most, if not all, of it was done by hand. Like I mentioned, we own a kids sports and rec center. The walls are the first thing to get done. We choose Kwak, because once it's done, there is no way we can allow for touch ups. Our facility is filled with equipment that is bolted into the ground and 10,000 ft of spring loaded floor that would have to be dissembled just to get a lift in. So you can see why we need the job done right the first time :-) Carl and Alan are amazing to work with. They knew we had a tight timeline and started immediately. They even rotated in a specific way so we could start assembling behind them. There was not a spot of paint out of place (never is!). You don't know professional painting until you know Kwak.I I realize that I gave them really high marks, but that is because they are deserved. When we built our last building our General Contractor wanted to use his "own guys" for the job. We fought him on that and won because we KNEW Kwak is the best.

Quality work, but high price.

Had previously had Kwak paint the inside of our ENTIRE home back in 2009 when we moved in off a referral from a coworker and had a good experience back then. Back then I did not competitively bid the work as we were in a pinch for time but I think the cost was fair. This time I bid to three comparitive contractors and Kwak was low but not by much and our existing relationship kept me with them. Alan and Carl Kwak are very professional in their approach to the bidding, scheduling and performance of their work. The workers were always great (though we were rarely home during the work).

The company was very responsive about coming for estimates and the workmen arriving on time. The workmen themselves were very nice and professional however after they had left we found they had not been very careful when it came to covering woodwork before painting. Several pieces of woodwork actually had to be stripped and restained because of the paint. We went with them originally because of their reputation even though they were by far pricier.
