Description of Work: Kitchen counters were being removed and water valve would not shut completely so water to house had to be shut off. Plummers responded within 2 hours. Cut off valves and capped lines until new cabinets are installed.

Description of Work: Pipe from hose had frozen and burst. They located the pipe and replaced the section. Also, leak from upstairs shower that they were able to determine was the spout and only replaced that. They could have easily said it was a bigger job and done more. I appreciated the honesty!

Description of Work: Our kitchen sink was leaking. Paul determined that the leak was coming from the right side strainer basket which he replaced and tested. We also had him install a new kitchen faucet that we had purchased. When he shut off the water to the kitchen sink, the one s/o valve started leaking. We had him replace both s/o valves.

Description of Work: Needed to have a sump pump replaced. The plumber arrived on time, diagnosed the problem almost immediately, and installed the new sump pump. He finished the job in about an hour. Faster than I expected. I will be using this company any time I need a professional plumber.

Description of Work: We've used them multiple times, they are always prompt and professional and I feel they are always honest. This time was to rod out a bathroom sink drain that was clogged.
