Very well!
Description of Work: I called this morning to ask for an appt. to assess a toilet issue. Within 2 hours Steve and Sean arrived, diagnosed the problem and reset my toilet. I had set the toilet myself a few years ago and the wax ring that I installed had failed in a 100 year old cast iron stem/stack. The guys were terrific. Thank you!

Description of Work: We had a slow leak in our shower the week prior where you pull/push the water to regulate. Woke up Monday AM to a severe leak, issue was my husband was having surgery on Tuesday AM and had a 3-5 day hospital stay. So we were in need of service ASAP. They were very accommodating and got someone out right away and were done with in a half hour. |We also used them to replace our water heater (leaking) a few years proir and they were very timely (next day) and resonable. I will continue to use them for all of our plumbing needs.

Description of Work: Tried to remove the kitchen faucet in a very small area, eventually had to cut off the holding ring with a small hack saw. Found out that the sink was made specifically for the faucet and had to cut tabs in the sink to enlarge the hole in order to fit the new faucet. The plumber (Tom A.) went way out of his way to install the new faucet, most plumbers would have just said to replace the sink (that has a standard faucet hole)then would come back and install the new faucet.
