They worked independently as only the caregiver and my 96 year old mother were home. They agreed to leave a bill for my later payment because of my mother's age. The workman called on my cell to go over everything.

They are very respected in our neighborhood and they are extremely reliable. I can trust them not to come in my home and say that I need more work than I need done. They are very truthful.

They are very good. In fact, I have used this company for several years now. They are very pleasant, prompt and always do great work. I would definitely give them a good referral.

Sunday afternoon we discovered that the drain pipe under our laundry tub had corroded (we have all copper water lines). To replace/repair that pipe, the laundry tub has to be removed. We did go out and purchase a new tub and faucet. I placed a call to a company I found on Angie's List, however, Monday morning I found out that they could not come out until Wednesday afternoon. Since I could not do laundry until this was repaired I called another company whose truck I have seen a lot in our area. Not only were they able to come out the same day, the repairman arrived early! Wayne was very polite and completed the job quickly and left no mess behind.

A call to the plumber who installed the ejector pump eight months prior only yielded an voice messaging machine (9 a.m on a Saturday). After waiting for a callback, I found Jim Dhamer on the List and received immediate service. Tom was out in less than two hours. Everything was fixed within an hour or so and Tom was very polite. The other plumber called Monday morning to follow-up and see if service was still needed.

My basement had flooded so this was an emergency call. I called them and they were at my house in 45 minutes, worked for about an hour and did a great job. I was impressed with their empathy. I was going out of town the following day so this couldn't have happened at a worse time. Their professionalism helped me deal with the situation. the water was pumped out very quickly. I'd definitely use their services again.

The two man crew was on time and replaced the pump as needed. They also helped diagnose a problem with our basement toilet as well.

They were there within two days of my call. They were very polite and clean and fast and the toilet is working just fine.

They gave me good advice over the phone, showed up on the same day, were courteous and did a good job. They did not push any particular solution, just gave me the options.

They arrived on time and tried two different drain routers before one of the guys looked around and found that we had another sump pump for gray water, and included the floor drain. Once plugged in, the drain cleared. They also looked at our sump pump, changing the check valve to stop the noise at discharge and not only suggested some changes we might want to make to our drainage (also suggesting a landscaper dig the trench to save money) but also provided some suggestions for how to deal with a spring time water backup should the drainage system fail, as he thought it might. Overall I was pleased with the service and suggestions.

He was punctual and did good work. He called me back immediately and came out the same afternoon. He took his shoes off and put booties on his feet to keep my carpet clean. He cleaned up well after his work and worked efficiently.

They were very good. They gave me a window of 8am to 11am. The installers arrived around 10am and were done shortly after 11.

It was good. They were very good every time they come out. They were really nice, and cleaned everything up. Their estimates are very good. Once they do the work it has always stays fixed.

It was a very good experience. They came when they said they would, completed the work and then some (unclogged a drain for no extra charge and fixed a leaky faucet - total time an extra 10 minutes - but it made a big difference to me!) They were great. I would definitely use them again.

I would absolutely bring these guys back again. Their work was done very well. One code related problem with the work was very promptly corrected on their dime. They were very good about treating the leak I had with urgency and in doing a good job with the repairs. I would not hesitate to have them back (except that I'm cheap and will try to do it myself first).

They routed all of the piping and it didn't fix the problem. Then they came back and charged us to do the same job again. It still didn't fix the problem. They also rebuilt a toilet that isn't working correctly. We had to hire someone to fix the problem at about a fifth of the cost.

Setting up the appointment was very easy and the guys came at the time they said. Terry and Jesse did the estimate and performed the work. They answered all our questions and were very professional and polite. They came at the scheduled time and performed the work very quickly. Very happy with their performance. I do recommend them.

They were good. They were prompt in returning my call and getting out to do the work. They were very courteous and friendly.

They were OK and seemed to do a good job. They don't do emergency work, so they'll only come out during the day.

JIM THE PLUMBER WAS ON TIME, CLEANED UP AFTER HIMSELF, AND WAS VERY COURTEOUS.

I received a call a few days before the scheduled appointment to let me know the tub they had ordered was cracked, and they would not be able to get a replacement in time. They kept looking and were able to find a supplier with a tub. They came out while I was still off from work. The guys did a wonderful job. They were very professional and cleaned up whatever mess they made afterwards. I also had a handyman doing work that same day. He told me afterwards that even though the plumbers looked very young, they knew what they were doing and did a nice job.

The guys were great. I managed to lock myself out of the house while they were here. They let me use their cell phone to call someone to get the doors unlocked. I thought I had problems with tree roots but the guys did not find many roots in the sewer line. They explained what they thought the problem might be and made suggestions on how I can avoid problems in the future. They asked if I had used the company before. I told them yes, but for plumbing services not sewer rodding. They gave me a discount because I was an established customer.

The plumbers were on time (actually arrived 40 minutes early for one of the two appointments, which was fine with us). Both workers were very polite and explained their work (both diagnoses of problems and the solutions). The labor rates charged were much lower than other companies' rates. We're very happy with the work performed, and our water heater and faucets are very energy efficient. The old water heater and fixtures were hauled away, which was very nice.
