Did a fine job routing out toilet plumbing.

Went well. Team very professional and cleaned up after themselves. Gave good recommendations for preventing similar clogs.

The plumber and his helper were courteous and friendly. Arrived about 8:15am. They worked hard to make everything work more efficiently and look nice too. They answered my questions and explained what they were doing and why. They cleaned up and left no mess. I am very pleased with the work, and my water pressure is much better now, even though that wasn't why I had the work done.

Plumber and apprentice arrived early and completed the job in about 45 minutes to an hour. I had toilet already out after working fruitlessly myself for a number of hours. Both were knowledgeable and didn't make any messes.

Scheduling the appointment was easy. Service man, Bob, called before his arrival which was in the early part of the window that I was given. Problem was located and fixed quickly. Clean up of the area was completed. Service man also inspected another problem which had arisen since the appointment was scheduled. He was able to diagnose the problem quickly and provide a solution.

Alex & Matty came out and gave a thorough diagnosis of the problem at a fair price. Still taking bids on who will do the work for the dig up but their reconnaissance of the issue was extremely helpful.

Arrived about twenty minutes before scheduled appointment and with their powerful machine run router-auger cut through the clog and pushed in out in less than fifteen minutes. Since I wasn't home at the time my wife also asked them to re-install the lower bathroom toilet which I had originally removed three days before trying to get unsuccessfully to the clog. Since this all happened on New Year's eve, I knew it would be a couple days before I could get a plumber, hence trying to fix it myself. Bottom line, the $229. special they charged me for the first hour drain cleaning worked like a charm and the additional $110 was a fair price for re-installing the toilet. (They put on a new water line and new washers and screws and reinstalled flange, reset the tank bowl and put the toilet back into place) Got home finally before Tom and his partner left and they went over their guarantee and were professional a cordial and even gave us a ten dollar senior citizen discount

Able to service that same day. Went without a hitch and finished up very quickly.

They cleared the blocked sewer line and cleaned up before they left.

AWESOME! They were very responsive (like, within a couple hours of call), professional, and thorough. All were professional, yet friendly.

Above and beyond does not begin to describe the service. They asked for cleaning products so that they could clean the area where they removed the old toilet before installing the new one. The area was left spotless. I was charged a fixed rate for changing the toilet and then given an hourly rate that would be added on for changing the sump pump. The two workers were so efficient and professional that they finished ahead of the estimated time and my bill was about $50 less than the phone estimate. I recommend this company very highly.

I had used Dhamer in the past for drain cleanings and they always did a good job but my last time was bad. I was concerned when the first words out of the plumbers mouth we, 'this is an old house so if we break anything, it's not our fault." Then they cleared the drain in 15 minutes and charged me $155. They say the first hour is $155 and in the past if they finished quickly, they would discount it a little which made sense. But this time I got a story about how it is "policy" and they couldn't discount it, which they had done numerous times in the past. Then after arguing politely but unsuccessfully with both the plumber and the office manager Terry for a small discount, I paid the full price. Then I go back to the shower and find stinky black gunk on the shower floor. After charging me $155 for 15 minutes work, he didn't even clean up the mess. Done with Dhamer!

Called for service. Adam came within an hour and a half. Took 30 minutes to do the job. Reminded me if I had a previous invoice I could get an additional $10 off. Great all around service. 2nd time I've used this company and satisfied both times.

Then she told us we had told her the job was outside the house, not inside. Finally she said she would just have a plumber call us to discuss and set up the job. We waited three days. No call. I really prefer to patronize local businesses, but this was ridiculously unprofessional.

This company is my usual plumber, they previously installed toilets and an ejector pump. I asked for an estimate about a month ago, and scheduled the job. They had thought it might take 2 hrs, but due to some problems it took 3. The plumber and the helper were courteous and professional, they cleaned up everything, and hauled away the old base. I am very pleased with the work, I would not have been able to do it. I am going to tile the rest of the shower myself.

We were given a 3 hour time window and the serviceman called about 30 minutes prior to arriving. He arrived on time and was professional and courteous. He was very knowledgeable and even helped with some other minor issues we were having. I recommend this company and would use them again.

They are busy and not able to come right away sometimes.
