I brought in the old cushion from a vintage Homecrest Furniture THE DIRECTOR chair. Sue was very helpful and patient as I looked through many different fabric samples. They did an amazing job and the chair looks great!

From the first phone call to the delivery of the last piece, Jessen did exactly what they said. I got other estimates, and Jessen was actually the highest, but their promised service and estimated time of completion was better, so I went with them since this was my first experience with reupholstering furniture. The finished pieces are exquisite. I have a floral patterned fabric on 2 side chairs and Jessen actually matched the fabric, so the chairs are identical, i.e. the big red flower is in exactly the same place on each chair. AMAZING. My only complaint (it's a minor one and won't keep me from using them again) is that they didn't keep me posted on the progress. I would've liked my stuff before a major holiday I was hosting (Jessen already had the pieces for 7 weeks), but only got the couch; had to wait for the chairs for another week. Again, not a deal breaker because the quality of the work is exceptional.

I am beyond delighted with the beautiful job they did with my bar stools. The quality of work is excellent. After shopping for new ones, I felt the price was reasonable for what I was seeking in a bar stool. I really wanted to keep these particular chairs, I did not want to replace them. Jessens made this possible. I am very, very happy. Best to be able to transport your item to and from the store to save money.

Excellent workmanship and quality service. Great selection of fabrics. Measurements were perfect and the foam cushions are very comfortable. Sue is very experienced, professional, and knowledgeable about her craft.

The workmanship is outstanding. I am trilled with the results. The cost of this job was comparable to 2 other estimates I received so therefore I would say their pricing is fair and reasonable. I have never written a review for any other service before, but I had to make an exception on this occasion.

It went great. Their service was performed on time and excellent quality. They took pains to care for the furniture as though it was their own by covering and protecting the pieces.

Did not end up going with the service, instead we had them steam cleaned. But of all the upholstery shops I called, they would have gotten the business.

Things went very good for me. It is a small company; they are very personal and flexible. They have a wide variety of fabric offerings and they seem to have very skilled craftsmen. The overall experience with them was very good. It was expensive.

We had take a sofa for re-cushioning and they told us that re-stuffing would not help and advised what we needed to do to take care of it instead of doing the re-cushioning. They turned away business essentially. I took a chair there for a friend of mine and they put the arm back for $40. Their workmanship on another chair I took in was wonderful.

They were responsive and did an excellent job. We were very happy with their craftsmanship and the fabrics they had. They were easy and wonderful to work with. They did work for us right before we left. It was absolutely perfect. They did only furniture upholstering. I would highly recommend them.

I was very please with this company. I brought my own fabric and worked with her. She did the hard parts, and I did the easy parts. Her estimate was 100% accurate. I would recommend her to others.

Jessen provided an estimate quickly, performed an excellent repair at the price quoted.

It went very well. They worked on one set of cushions at a time, so we always had at least one couch to sit on. Once the first set was done, they finished the second set within a day. The couches look new again. I should mention that we live 5 minutes from the store, so it was easy for us to drop off/pick up cushions multiple times.

They did a beautiful work. They made some pillows and upholsted the seat in the back. They used very good fabric for the pillows. Their prices were excellent. They did a very fine job.

My old chair had a cotton floral fabric that I liked, but developed a large hole in the seat of the chair, and it faded after just a few years. I wanted to stay with a floral design, but wanted fabric that had more durability. They suggested a fabric treated for indoor/outdoor use for covering patio cushions. It was perfect, came in a variety of florals, but was not as rough as many patio furniture fabric I've seen. I really like how the chair turned out.

I WAS ABLE TO TAKE HOME SAMPLE BOOKS WHEN I MADE MY FABRIC SELECTION. THEY KEPT ME APPRISED WHEN THE FABRIC I ORDERED WOULD BE DELAYED - IT WAS A NEW PATTERN AND MANY PEOPLE AROUND THE COUNTRY HAD ALSO SELECTED IT. MY CHAIR IS LOVELY AND BEAUTIFULLY UPHOLSTERED. THEY ALSO DID A GREAT JOB OF TOUCHING UP THE CHERRY WOOD. I WILL DEFINITELY USE JESSEN AGAIN.
