When we were looking around for plumbers for our new house, we really did not know where to go. I had asked around and Innovative Plumbing came highly recommended from some people in our area. I came to Angie's List and found a couple of good reviews so I had them come out for an estimate. To my surprise the owner of the company, Stan, came to the house to review all of my plumbing needs. Reminded me of the kind of service my parents used to get when I was a kid. He took the time to walk me through the things which needed to be done now and what could be put off until a later date. That was a relief given we had just bought the house. His estimates were in-line with others I had received but what really sold me was his willingness to spend the time to make sure I understood all the items he recommended. In a simple word, I trusted him. On the day they were to do the work, Innovative Plumbing showed up on time and were respectful of my wife and my 2 year old son. My son was their shadow for the day following them around, asking many questions. A few hours later I had a new disposal, outdoor RPZ (which took a majority of the time), and fill valve for my bathroom. It took less time than they estimated and in the end I was very pleased with the job they did . I would highly recommend Innovative Plumbing to all Angie's List customers.

The owner of this company made sure I was taken care of. He was prompt and curtious. Our house is very old and he had to do more than simply set the fixtures too. He was quick and efficient and all the way through the process made us aware of any potential issues that came up (based upon the age of the house). We had quite a bit of work done to our home over the past few years and the plumbing was probably the best contractor experience we had. I have used him now a few other times on smaller jobs too and all of his work is excellent.

We have employer this plumber several times in the past year, not just for this one review. I am an EXTREMELY picky home owner fully restoring a Victorian home. We just finished our bathroom, complete with period fixtures, all installed by this company. In every instance of contact concerning the project, Stan (the owner), has impressed me with his ability to solve problems and do quality work. The most important aspect of this business is that he is willing to listen and work with you to get you what you really want. I do much of the work on our house myself, so this is very important to me. He is also very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend.
