Gia Bertucci Custom Window Treatments

Not quite the options of Hunter Douglas, but very nice shades at a good price. My only criticism is that they took longer from order to delivery than anticipated- about two weeks longer

I would highly recommend Gia's services. Our green leather couch which is almost 55 years old, and has survived 2 moves, 7 kids, 12 grand-kids, watching numerous tense and close football games, and an unbelievable number of naps and sleep-overs, was starting to show wear and tear on the cushion seams. Unable to find someone local to repair, I broadened the search to Illinois and found Gia Bertucci on Home Advisor. Gia agreed to meet me 1/2 way (I'm in Milwaukee WI and she in Lisle Illinois). I am so very pleased with the results. The cushion seams will probably last another 50 or so years! I would recommend her for all upholstering needs. I will definitely use her again.

Nice job for a very reasonable cost

I would highly recommend Gia's services, she is warm, friendly, personable and extremely professional! She and her business associates were always on point, punctual and courteous, willing to work with me to make sure that everything was exactly as I needed and wanted it! We covered 15 huge condo windows with solar shades, and the cost quoted for the quality of the product and the speed/quality of the install was phenomenal.

Gia Bertucci was most personable throughout from the initial communication until her visit after return of the repaired sofa. Our job was a small one involving adding additional filler to two back cushions that were an intregal part of the sofa body. Their upholster did a great job restoring the sagging cushions making them look new . We were most pleased and the price estimated earlier was the same and a good value when you also consider the sofa pickup and later delivery without an increased charge. Gia said no job was too small and we really appreciate finding an excellent repair upholster.

Gia is exceptionally responsive. She and her team were a pleasure to work with. We had 2 sofas and 2 chairs reupholstered and the fabric on each piece perfectly matched the other pieces resulting in furniture that looked and felt brand new.

I had a big rip that was growing larger over time in the seam of a large leather sectional sofa. It was annoying to look at and slightly embarrassing when I had guests. The sofa is truly perfect for its location and I got a good deal on it; the cost to replace would be a lot and finding something as well suited would have been difficult or impossible. I entered my problem into Homeadvisor one evening, having never used it before. Gia's team answered my request the same evening. She and her team were polite and professional throughout the process. The seam is fixed so well you would never know it had ever been ripped. The rip was a little jagged so fixing it perfectly without an entire new hide took skill. Her team additionally reinforced the fix so that it would never happen again. They did this as a proactive measure without any suggestions from me (I wouldn't have thought of that). 5 stars

RAPID TURNAROUND chair back in a week

Everything about this experience was wonderful it was so one on one and personable the quality of the work is excellent my whole sofa was redone and looks brand new and I would recommend this to anyone! The delivery people were great on time. Sooo worth it!!!!!! Can't wait to get started on my other projects with Gia and her team!!!!!
