Called on Saturday afternoon, ETS came out on Sunday morning to give me an extimate which was $150 less than a competitor's estimate. Told me they would be out on Monday to reomve the tree and did. Raked up all extra branches so that the lawn was very clean afterwards. Fair price, timely and professional service. I call that a good deal and would recommend Expert Tree Service to anyone with tree care needing to be done.

For the whole crew, for a day they charge around $2400. I've used them for years. They do an excellent job. They're very responsive for any requests. They're proactive. We have a large property with lots of trees. They're very co-operative.

They did a pretty good job. They got rid of the tree and it took them two days because it was a really big tree. I don't have any complaints about them.

Came out and gave me a decent quote to take out a small tree. He set up a time and day to come out and remove the tree, but asked me to remove a section of fence to get the grinder through. So the morning he was coming, I took the fence out, but they didn't show or call. I put in two calls to them to see when they were coming, but they didn't call me back. I had to put the fence back together, so that I could keep the dogs in the yard. He showed up randomly the next day and said he couldn't make it because he had a bigger job to do, but gave no reason why he didn't call. To top it off, he had the nerve to get upset with me for not calling to cancel. My neighbor used them to take out a large tree and it looks like they did a good job. They might provide a good service, but were very unreliable for my small job.

They were a very fair. Everything went great. They guy has been around here a while and he knows everyone. They were very professional. I had no issues with them.

Overall, the service was prompt and quick. The estimate was delivered quickly and on the time promised. The trimming service took place the next day. The price was the lowest of the group.

Sam came to give the quote as promised and then came and did the work when promised. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Did a real nice job and also gave us suggestions on other aspects of our landscaping.

DESPITE THE OWNER'S ASSURANCES THAT HE UNDERSTOOD THE WORK NEEDED, HIS CREW DID NOT KNOW HOW TO PRUNE SHRUBS PROPERLY AND JUST SHAVED THE TOPS OFF WITH AN ELECTRIC SAW.
