+ -1 moreRECEPTIONIST WAS VERY NICE. MANAGER, JUANITA, WAS TERSE AND RUDE. SHE SAID SHE WOULD SEND SOMEONE FOR $189 JUST FOR SHOWING UP, BUT COULD NOT TELL ME WHAT THEY WOULD OR COULD DO. SHE PUT ME ON THE LINE WITH LAN, A TECHNICIAN, WHOM I ALSO FOUND TO BE TERSE AND UNHELPFUL. $189 FOR NOT EVEN KNOWING IF THEY COULD HELP ME IS STEEP, AND NOT THE WAY I WOULD HOPE A COMPANY WOULD BACK UP ITS PRODUCT. MY EXPECTATION IS THAT THEY COULD OFFER A MORE COMPREHENSIVE EXPLANATION AND OPTIONS. IT FELT LIKE THEY JUST WANTED THEIR $189. THEY LOST MY BUSINESS WITH THIS POORLY HANDLED PHONE CALL.
Description of Work: WE CALLED TO INQUIRE ABOUT REPAIR OF OUR RE-BATH TUB LINER; THIS COMPANY IS THE RE-BATH DEALER THAT COVERS OUR AREA.
