Great efficient crew. 1 day to remove old drive way, grade the base and install. Very friendly team. Worked with my schedule. He was about 20% more than the lowest bid, but I believe I got what i paid for. Lower bidders may cut corners or use inferior product.

Very efficient. Full replacement was done in one afternoon. Excellent cleanup when completed. And it looks great.

Most importantly, the new asphalt driveway looks great; they are pros. Beyond that, they offered good suggestions and were flexible. For example, the owner suggested I first hire a a mud-jacker to raise up a concrete walkway leading to my driveway; this turned out to great idea because it now is perfectly level with the new driveway. Also, I wanted a mature parkway tree to be removed because it was way too close to the driveway and its roots were breaking up the driveway, so the City agreed to do it but requested that Allrite do a 2-step process wherein one day they remove the old asphalt, then the next day come back after the City ground up the stump and roots. Allrite readily agreed and did not even bring up the idea of charging more even though this made the project longer and more costly for them. I highly recommend.

Owner followed up immediately in response for quote request. Gave me location of completed job, and up-coming job for me to see quality of work. Had full 6 man crew for both removal and repaving. Owner was on-site for parts of removal and ALL of new paving. Answered all questions and gave me a good sense of his and his men's experience and expertise. Prep work was done quickly and with great attention to detail. Very tidy crew. Paving was done with great care and attention to detail. Slope was improved such that virtually all water on driveway now drains in a Southwest direction as was desired. Very impressed with the friendliness of both Owner and his people. We watched the entire paving and were very satisfied with the quality of the work done. Owner has maintained his crew for many years, one going back to the early 90's. Cost was modest when we look at the job as completed. Would highly recommend this company for your asphalt paving needs.
