Description of Work: Several small repair and painting projects to prepare our home for sale. Some involved repairing and painting minor wall damage. The biggest project was repairing a portion of a ceiling and repainting the entire ceiling.

Description of Work: Numerous tasks including: replacing broken window panes, redoing a small bar area, adjusting misaligned doors and others that I can't recall at this time. The bar required cabinetry work, and moving some outlets as well as doing the carpentry work for installation of a granite top.
