Dennis responded immediately. He surveyed the damage, measured the room, and discussed options with me. He provided photos of his past and current work, which is very impressive, and gave me flooring recommendations and samples. His crew arrived on time every morning and cleaned up after themselves before they left each afternoon. They were courteous and respectful, and I have a beautiful new family room that I can’t wait to show off to family and friends. DMC repaired the drywall and plaster on the ceiling and soffit; painted the entire room, including ceiling, doors, and trim; repaired an oak column that was water-damaged; installed gorgeous new flooring throughout the 690-sf room, installed new lighting and switches; and installed a new storm door at the front door. We are definitely hiring DMC for future work!

This is a very professional business. From the first time I contacted Dennis to the end of the project everything was completed as he said it would be. He gave us a written estimate within 2 days of seeing our basement and began work as agreed upon. His crew were extremely professional, polite and respectful of our home and us. They arrived on time every day during the 3 week project and worked straight through until 5. The quality of the work exceeded our expectations. Dennis suggested things we had not even considered but all his ideas look terrific. He came every day to review the work and touch base with us to make sure we were completely satisfied. I highly recommend DMC Construction and am looking forward to working with them again on my next project.

I have a home that I have lived in for just over 3 years in the northern suburbs of Chicago that was built in 1994. The original exterior trim on the house on the chimney, soffit, fascia, near gutters, and in other areas was severely rotted. I met Dennis from DMC at a local paint store and received his card and called him a few weeks later to get an estimate on the project. Dennis was very responsive and he and his crew were out immediately for an estimate on the house. The prices for material and labor were very reasonable and I decided to go with DMC. Each day on the job the crew showed up on time and were very professional and answered all of my questions. They worked very hard even through a couple of days of rain to replace all of the rotted wood, caulked, and painted multiple areas around my home. They used PVC trim and cedar where needed and the end result was excellent! The newly replaced trim makes my house look brand new! I really enjoyed working with Dennis and fully recommend him and his crew to do any type of construction job. I have some other projects in the future that I will definitely use DMC Construction for!

DMC Construction showed up everyday on-time despite being headquartered in the suburbs and our home being in Chicago, completed the work in a professional manner, made sure to clean up after themselves, moved small items for safety and protected larger items with drop cloths and plastic. Dennis Cruz and his supervisor Arnold were very responsive to all questions via text and phone, and readily provided updates. The painters were fantastic, hard working and efficient, kind, courteous, and polite. DMC also provides a warranty on their work, we had a part of drywall tape bubbled due to high humidity in the air after a lot of rain and they returned to repair it without any problem or issues. Great services all around! Highly recommended for a variety of projects. House looks great!

I needed this project done for a over a year now, my wife and I could not agree on what and how it should be done. DMC construction came to our house helped us along the way, every step explaining what we could do and what we should do. They listened to our ideas, gave us there own ideas and at the end the finished project was more than we could have hoped for. If you knew us this is saying a lot, Dennis and his workers were professional, experienced and easy to be around. We had them in our home for one week, with children and dogs, we were very comfortable with them being there, they were clean, courteous and always kept a safe environment for our family. The work that they did was faultless and the price was a steal. I would definitely have them back.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY! After months of trying to find someone--anyone! to replace a chandelier in my foyer I learned of this company. It was a very difficult job due to the location of the fixture in a 2 story+ foyer and over stairs, I was quoted a reasonable price. Arnold was sent to do the job. He was punctual, sported a shirt with the company logo highly visible. He was polite, capable, neat and very very pleasant. Removing the original light fixture was very challenging but done with great expertise; the new one was hung. the original quote was honored -- no nickel and diming (again very difficult job) and everything is great. I would definitely use this company again

I was very pleased with the quality of work and their professionalism. They are coming back this spring to stain the deck. Looking forward to doing business with them again.

DMC Construction chief Dennis spoke to us in a very detailed fashion, which helped us to become familiar with the floor remodeling process. He then sent two experienced remodeling experts to do the job once we agreed on the schedule. They took out the old carpet, and also removed the toilet, prepared the floor, added cement boards, and put down tiles in a very nice arrangement. The tools they use are professional quality. The whole work took a few days and was done exceptional well and importantly they also kept the whole working area clean in the whole time. I am very delighted with the final work. It definitely adds values to my house.
